摘要: A lubricant (L) is stored in a lubricant reservoir (2c) of a casing (2). One end of a lubricant takeout pipe (15) is in communication with the lubricant reservoir (2c) and the other end thereof is in communication with a suction chamber (14) of a scroll mechanism (3). An inlet end of the lubricant takeout pipe (15) opens at the same level as an oil-level high-limit point of the lubricant reservoir (2c) in the vicinity of a lower end of a rotor (9b). When the level of the lubricant (L) moves up to the high-limit point, an excess lubricant is introduced from the lubricant reservoir (2c) into the scroll mechanism (3), since there is produced a difference in pressure between a lower space (2b) of the casing (2) and the suction chamber (14). As a result, the level of the lubricant (L) drops.

摘要: In a scroll type compressor (1) that includes a fixed scroll (21) fixed inside of a casing (10) and a movable scroll (22) meshed with the fixed scroll (21) and presses the movable scroll (22) against the fixed scroll (21), the pressing force of the movable scroll (22) against the fixed scroll (21) is obtained from the pressure of a high-pressure space (S2) that acts on the back face of the movable scroll (22) and the pressing force is controlled in accordance with the variation in the compression ratio with the change in the operating condition thereby preventing decrease in efficiency and mechanical loss.

摘要: A fixed scroll (2) and a movable scroll (4) form a compression chamber (16). A first back pressure chamber (14) is formed on the back surface of the movable scroll (4). The first back pressure chamber receives a fluid of a discharge pressure. An unloader mechanism (11) is provided for guiding refrigerant gas from the compression chamber (16a) in the process of compression toward a suction port (13). A control part (31) is provided for controlling the unloader mechanism (11). When separating force is to exceed pressing force, the control part detects this and operates the unloader part for guiding the fluid from the compression chamber in the process of compression toward the suction part. Thus obtained is a scroll compressor attaining relatively sufficient pressing force by reducing separating force also when pressing force is reduced and suppressing internal leakage.

At a surface to be brought into contact with a crank shaft 5, porous bronze 1b and resin 1c are sparsely exposed. Ratio of area of exposure of porous bronze 1b at the contact surface 1d is at least 5% and at most 60%. Thus a bearing for a refrigerating compressor having high seizure resistance at the time of boundary lubrication and having small amount of wear caused by sliding as well as a refrigerating compressor employing the same can be obtained.

摘要: Disclosed is an enclosed type compressor in which a scroll type compression mechanism and an electric motor are attached firmly to a casing, with the scroll type compression mechanism and the electric motor in contact with an inner face of the casing. Formed in a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the casing are a contact part of the casing which makes contact with the scroll type compression mechanism (the electric motor) and a non-contact part of the casing which does not make contact with the scroll type compression mechanism (the electric motor). The non-contact part with respect to the scroll type compression mechanism has a peripheral length different from that of the non-contact part with respect to the electric motor.

摘要: A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll and an injection passage. Each scroll has an end plate and a spiral lap. The scrolls mesh with each other to form a compression chamber. The injection passage supplies intermediate pressure refrigerant and refrigeration oil separated from discharged refrigerant to the compression chamber. At least one of the scrolls has a bottom land facing the lap of the other of the scrolls. The bottom land has an intermediate bottom region facing a part of the compression chamber communicating with the injection passage, and a suction side bottom region located closer to an outer end of the lap than the intermediate bottom region. A clearance between the suction side bottom region and the end face of the lap is larger than a clearance between the intermediate bottom region and the end face of the lap.

摘要: Formed in a scroll type compression mechanism is a connection passageway with a discharge opening through which refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism flows out into a clearance space defined between the compression mechanism and a drive motor. A muffler space in communication with the connection passageway that is configured to reduce operating noise is formed in the compression mechanism. A motor cooling passageway configured to circulate working fluid which has flowed out into the clearance space is formed between the drive motor and an inner surface area of a casing. A guide plate is disposed in the clearance space. Formed in the guide plate is a flow dividing concave portion which causes a part of refrigerant flowing toward the motor cooling passageway to be distributed in a circumferential direction and toward an internal end of a discharge pipe located in the clearance space.

摘要: In a rotating compressor, an outer peripheral surface of a partition member which is secured firmly to a casing so as to divide the inside of the casing into a high-level pressure space and a low-level pressure space, is provided with a peripheral groove for allowing for shrinkage of the casing at a weld area where a trunk part and end plate of the casing are welded together. As a result of such arrangement, the partition member is strongly tightened by making utilization of such shrinkage, thereby not only enhancing sealability between the high-level pressure space and the low-level pressure space in the inside of the casing but also preventing a drop in workability during assembling and an increase in cost.
