    摘要: In a large-part transfer press, several forming stations are arranged below a common slide in order to minimize cost. The bedplate construction has two longitudinal or basic supports. On each support, one bedplate per forming station is transversely placed and fastened as required. Driving of the slide takes place by two mutually independent head pieces which, depending on the number of stations, are arranged side-by-side at a distance. Each of the head pieces spans only one forming station.

    摘要: The drawing press according to the invention includes a support structure for supporting a metal sheet holder which is part of a tool and supported on the press frame via the support structure. The metal sheet holder is assigned a plunger with a die tool, whereas the plunger is moved by means of a plunger drive which includes a blocking position. The blocking position is obtained, for example, by a drive which, in the locking position does not transmit any movement of the drive output to the driving servomotor. This can be achieved, for example, by an eccentric drive in the stretched position thereof. For performing the actual drawing stroke, the stamping tool is vertically movably supported. A carriage is raised or lowered by the press table by means of a table drive. As table drive, preferably a servomotor with a non-linear drive, such as an eccentric drive is used.

    摘要: The invention relates to a drawing press (10) having a first ram (17) and a second ram (18). The first ram (17) is moved in a working direction (A) by an electromotive first ram drive (25) and the second ram (18) by an electromotive second ram drive. The drawing press (10) also has a coupling means (35) which can be switched between an uncoupling state and a coupling state. In the uncoupling state, the two rams (17), (18) can move independently of one another in the working direction (A). In the coupling state, the coupling means (35) ensures that a relative movement between the two rams (17, 18) is prevented. The drawing press (10) can therefore be operated as a single-acting or double -acting press.
