    摘要: A press machine comprises a moveable press ram, an actuator, a first motor system, a second motor system, and a belt system. The moveable press ram holds a tool that forms a part. The actuator linearly moves the moveable press ram by use of a male-female thread mechanism. The actuator includes an actuator sprocket coupled to the male-female thread mechanism. The first motor system produces a high-force linear movement condition to the press ram, and includes a clutch coupled to a first motor and a first motor sprocket coupled to the clutch. The second motor system produces a high-speed linear movement condition to the press ram. The belt system couples the actuator sprocket, the first motor sprocket, and the second motor sprocket. The clutch allows the first motor to partially or fully disengage from rotational movement of the first sprocket when the belt is being driven by the second motor.

    摘要: A linear-actuated press machine comprises a press ram with a tool, a first linear actuator having a first actuator rod, a second line actuator having a second linear actuator rod, a high-speed motor coupled to the first linear actuator for providing a high-speed condition on the press ram, a first high-torque motor coupled to the first linear actuator, and a second high-torque motor coupled to the second linear actuator. The press machine (i) advances the tool toward the part by operation of the high-speed motor associated with the first linear actuator, (ii) forms the part with the tool by simultaneous operation of the first high-torque motor associated with the first linear actuator and the second high-torque motor associated with the second linear actuator, and (iii) retracts the tool from the part by operation of the high-speed motor associated with the first linear actuator.

    摘要: A manually operated press comprises an actuation lever coupled to a shaft assembly. An actuation of the actuation lever is transformed into a stroke movement of a press ram. A clutch assembly is provided for interrupting a flow of force between the actuation lever and the press ram. The clutch is adapted to separate an input shaft from an output shaft depending on predetermined pressing parameters. The input shaft extends as an inner shaft through the output shaft. The clutch assembly has a first clutch designed as a stroke stop for immobilizing the input shaft with a press housing depending on the pressing parameter, and a second clutch designed as an overload clutch for interrupting a flow of force between the input shaft and the output shaft.

    摘要: In order to eliminate noise generated from a clutch disk at racing state of a press, a clutch disk (29) arranged between a flywheel (27) and a working cylinder (40) is provided with a lining applying part (30) of annular shape and a projection (31) mounted on the flywheel (27). On inner circumferential surface of the projection (31), an inner groove part (311) is formed throughout the whole circumference from the inner circumferential edge to the outer circumferential edge in the circumferential direction, and on outer circumferential surface of the projection (31), an outer groove part (312) is formed throughout the whole circumference in the circumferential direction. Thereby the clutch disk (29) has flexibility in the axial direction, and if the lining applying part (30) is pushed by the working cylinder (40), the clutch disk (29) pushes a clutch rotary plate (34) by deflection of the projection (31) in the axial direction and rotates a crank shaft (25).

    摘要: A piston driving a brake and a clutch is split into a main piston and a secondary piston that can travel axially and that are related through limiting bolts. The main piston has a larger surface for the pressurized fluid than the secondary piston. The main piston has a duct through which the fluid flows to the secondary piston which is in turn fitted with springs that bias it, against the fluid tension, against the main piston. Therefore, when connection is made, the secondary piston first approaches the clutch discs without actually contacting the latter. After the brake is released, there is a first connection stage at which the secondary piston approaches the main piston and a second stage, after both pistons come into contact, at which the assembly works conventionally, as a single piston.

    摘要: A friction clutch assembly, for a press and especially a screw press, includes: a pair of rotating, coaxial, annular, spaced drive members, at least one of which is axially movable toward and away from the other; an off-drive shaft disposed coaxially with the drive members; a spring plate centrally clamped to the off-drive shaft and extending radially on both sides of the shaft to terminate in outer segments, carrying friction coatings, disposed in the space between the drive members, so that, upon movement of one of the drive members toward the other to actuate, or close, the clutch, the friction coatings are clamped between the drive members, elastically deforming the spring plate to adjust to the reduced spacing and to transmit the requisite high torque through the spring plate required to turn the off-drive shaft. Particularly valuable and novel features of the clutch construction are the friction coatings, so arranged on the spring plate that their inside edges, facing toward the off-drive shaft, extend along straight lines perpendicular to a radius starting from the shaft, and means (for clamping the spring plate to the off-drive shaft which have outer edges), also terminating in straight lines parallel to the inside edges of the friction coatings, so that the bending forces applied to the spring plate are along straight lines and in the same direction, thus causing uniform bending of the spring plate and preventing spherical deformations normally obtained with annular drive members and disc-shaped spring plates.

To reduce or eliminate the risk of overloading in the late operation of the coupling at the end of the press stroke and thereby damage to the press or excessive wear on the coupling parts the spindle press in accordance with the invention is provided with a hydrostatic support device to absorb the axial forces this support device having a pressure chamber in pressurefluid communication with a pressure chamber of an hydraulically actuating device for the coupling, the pressure chambers being connected to a common outflow valve which opens when a predetermined pressure is reached in the pressure-fluid system.
