摘要: A single power source multiple pump system that includes a single power source driving a first pump and a second pump connected in series may provide for increased efficiencies for one or more operations of a well stimulation and servicing environment. Powering multiple pumps with a single source reduces consumption of resources while still providing the necessary power requirements. Pumps may be powered up or on in sequence so as not to exceed the power limits of the single power source. The multiple pumps may be connected in series with a gearbox to provide another arrangement or configuration. The one or more pumps down line from a pump may be disconnected when no longer in use.

摘要: The disclosure provides a method and system for extracting carbon dioxide from an exhaust gas. The method includes lowering a temperature of an exhaust gas using a heat exchanger, lowering a concentration of a particulate matter within the lowered temperature exhaust gas, and passing the lowered particulate concentration and lowered temperature exhaust gas through one or more membrane modules to produce a membrane module permeate flow that contains a higher concentration of carbon dioxide compared to a concentration of carbon dioxide in the lowered particulate concentration and lowered temperature exhaust gas. Further, the system includes a heat exchanger fluidly coupled to a particulate filter that is configured to lower a concentration of the particulate matter within the exhaust gas, and one or more membrane modules fluidly coupled to the particulate filter and configured to produce the membrane module permeate flow.

摘要: Undetected emissions may damage devices at a work site and pose a safety hazard to the surrounding environment. A method of control based on predictive emissions detection is disclosed. The method uses sensors coupled to work site equipment to identify devices and regions of a work site that may be affected by adverse conditions. Detection of such emissions may allow the system or operator to shut down or otherwise act on equipment before any harm is done to the device or personnel in the area.

摘要: The disclosure presents systems and methods for hot swapping pumps at a wellsite while minimizing the impact to the pumping operations. As one pump is swapped out, such as for maintenance, the remaining pumps in the set of pumps at the wellsite can continue pumping operations. In some aspects, the swapping of pumps can be performed by a user using a protection barrier to isolate the pump location where the pumps will be swapped. In some aspects, one or more of the steps to swap pumps can be performed through automation thereby minimizing danger to a user. In some aspects, the pump being located at the pump system can be primed and pressure tested prior to be located to improve the time to enable the pump for pumping operations.

In some aspects, the pumps can be arranged around a central open area where the manifold pipes are located on the outside perimeter. This arrangement allows for a pump moving apparatus to remove and locate pumps at various positions around the perimeter while minimizing movement and minimizing the time the pump moving apparatus spends off of matting. The pump moving apparatus can be shielded with a protective barrier to protect the equipment or user from discharges from other pumps that are under high pressure.

摘要: A fluid distribution system for a wellsite. The fluid distribution system may include a remote controller, a remote pump fluidly coupled to the first piece of wellsite equipment, and a remote fluid tank fluidly coupled to the remote pump. The first piece of wellsite equipment may include a local fluid tank comprising a fluid level sensor, a fill valve fluidly coupled to the local fluid tank, and a local controller configured to actuate the fill valve in response to a fluid level of the local fluid tank and to transmit at least one of a fill valve position or the fluid level of the local fluid tank to the remote controller. The remote controller may be configured to start and stop the remote pump in response to the transmissions from the local controllers.
