摘要: A method for controlling a mild hybrid vehicle is provided. The methods includes: controlling, by a controller, a fuel system for supplying fuel to an engine to be changed to a system that simultaneously uses a gasoline direct injection fuel system and a multi-point injection fuel system based on a number of rotation of the engine and a load of the engine. The method further comprises operating, by the controller, a starter-generator so that torque of the engine operated by the gasoline direct injection fuel system and the multi-point injection fuel system becomes a demand torque of a driver of the mild hybrid vehicle when the demand torque of the driver is greater than a threshold value after the fuel system is changed to the system that simultaneously uses the gasoline direct injection fuel system and the multi-point injection fuel system.

摘要: A chamber for reducing operating noise of a purge control solenoid valve (PCSV) for an evaporative emission control system comprises a first housing into which operating noise of the PCSV enters. The first housing has an inner space to change a cross sectional area of an operating noise path or an operating noise transfer direction at least once. A second housing has an upper portion coupled to a lower portion of the first housing to transfer the operating noise outside. At least one end of the chamber in a length direction thereof is connected with a vapor hose which connects a canister collecting fuel evaporation gas generated from a fuel tank with the PCSV to deliver the fuel evaporation gas to an engine and through which the fuel evaporation gas flows.

摘要: A method for controlling a mild hybrid vehicle is disclosed. The method includes determining, by a controller, whether a state of charge (SOC) of a first battery that supplies electric power to a starter-generator exceeds a reference value. The method further includes operating, by the controller, the starter-generator and a starter that is separate from the starter-generator and receives electric power from a second battery at a voltage lower than that of the first battery. A combustion engine of the mild hybrid vehicle is started using the starter-generator and the starter when it is determined that the state of charge of the first battery exceeds the reference value and it is determined that an ambient air temperature of the engine exceeds a temperature reference value.

摘要: A method for controlling a mild hybrid vehicle is disclosed. The method includes: controlling a multi-point injection (MPI) fuel system for supplying fuel to an engine for a low revolutions-per-minute (RPM) operation; subsequently, causing a gasoline direct injection (GDI) fuel system for a high RPM operation; switching to the multi-point injection fuel system when it is determined that the gasoline direct injection fuel system fails. The method further comprises calculating a torque deficiency due to the switching from the GDI fuel system to the MPI fuel system and controlling a starter-generator to generate an assist torque to compensate the torque deficiency.
