摘要: A method and system for controlling a downshift for a hybrid vehicle includes: determining whether a running mode of the hybrid vehicle is an electric vehicle (EV) mode; determining whether a kick-down occurs when the hybrid vehicle is in the EV mode, wherein the kick-down requires a downshift; operating an engine and performing a shift-start (SS) when a downshift condition according to the kick-down is satisfied; determining whether a speed of the engine and a speed of a motor are synchronized before performing an actual shift-begin (SB); engaging an engine clutch when the speed of the engine and the speed of the motor are synchronized; and performing the actual SB when the engine clutch is engaged.

摘要: An apparatus of estimating a vehicle weight may include: an acceleration detector detecting a longitudinal direction acceleration of the vehicle; a data detector detecting state data to estimate the vehicle weight; an engine clutch disposed between an engine and a drive motor and selectively connecting the engine to the drive motor; an integrated starter-generator for starting the engine and generating electric energy; and a vehicle controller calculating a basic vehicle weight based on an engine torque, a motor torque and the longitudinal direction acceleration detected by the acceleration detector. The vehicle controller estimates a final vehicle weight based on the basic vehicle weight and a predetermined weight when an estimating entrance condition is satisfied from the state data.

摘要: A method of controlling the shifting of gears in a TMED-type hybrid vehicle may include a stage in which, in a case where it is required that a power-on upshift operation is performed simultaneously when engagement of an engine clutch is carried out in order to convert the driving mode from an electric vehicle (EV) driving mode to hybrid-electric vehicle (HEV) driving mode, simultaneously performs the engagement of the engine clutch and the shift operation, thereby improving acceleration and shifting performances and providing a quick driving response for a driver.
