    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communications method and apparatus, and relate to the field of communications technologies, to reduce power consumption of a terminal. The method includes: receiving information about one or more cell groups, where one cell group includes one first cell and at least one second cell; and for the cell group, determining carrier bandwidth part BWP switching or a deactivated state of the second cell in the cell group based on BWP switching or a deactivated state of the first cell in the cell group. The method provided in the embodiments of this application may be applied to a carrier aggregation scenario.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a scheduling latency determining method, and relates to the field of communications technologies, to reduce power consumption of UE. The solution includes: sending, by a terminal apparatus, information about one or more component carrier CC groups to a communications apparatus, where the information about the one or more CC groups is used by the communications apparatus to determine N CC groups, each of the N CC groups includes one or more CCs, and N is a positive integer; receiving, by the terminal apparatus, a scheduling latency set sent by the communications apparatus; and determining, by the terminal apparatus based on the scheduling latency set, a scheduling latency of scheduling a data channel corresponding to a control channel by using the control channel. This solution may be used to reduce power consumption of the terminal apparatus.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an image processing method, a related device, and a computer storage medium. The method includes: obtaining a feature intensity image corresponding to a training image, where an intensity value of a pixel in the feature intensity image is used to indicate importance of the pixel for recognizing the training image, and resolution of the training image is the same as resolution of the feature intensity image; and occluding, based on the feature intensity image, a to-be-occluded region in the training image by using a preset window, to obtain a new image, where the to-be-occluded region includes a to-be-occluded pixel, and the new image is used to update an image recognition model. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a prior-art problem that a model has low accuracy and relatively poor generalization performance because of limited training data can be resolved.

    Abstract: This application discloses a carrier status indication method and device, to support carrier activation and deactivation in New Radio (NR) systems. The method includes communicating, by a communications apparatus, with a network device on a first uplink carrier based on a first downlink carrier and receiving, by the communications apparatus, carrier status indication information sent by the network device. The carrier status indication information indicates carrier statuses of M carriers corresponding to N cells that are of the network device and that serve the communications apparatus, and the carrier status includes an activated state and a deactivated state. Flexible carrier activation and deactivation in the NR can be implemented by using the method provided in this application.

In one example method, a base station sends a first synchronization signal block, where the first synchronization signal (SS) block includes a primary SS, a secondary SS, and information carried on a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). In addition, the base station sends a second SS block, where the second SS block includes a primary SS or includes a primary SS and a secondary SS, and does not include information carried on the PBCH. The first SS block is used by a terminal to access the base station. The second SS block is used to perform time and frequency synchronization after the terminal accesses the base station.

After receiving feedback information transmitted by a receiving device based on first information indicated by a retransmission mode, a transmitting device uses second information indicated by the retransmission mode to generate data retransmitted this time, and transmits the data to the receiving device based on third information indicated by the retransmission mode. In this process, a plurality of retransmission modes are set, so that when different retransmission modes are used, the first information used for transmitting the feedback information, the second information used for generating the retransmitted data, or the third information used for transmitting the retransmitted data is different. Therefore, objectives of reducing HARQ overheads and ensuring transmission efficiency, reliability, and latency performance of a wireless communications system are achieved.
