    Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. After determining a first split point based on first information, a first apparatus sends second information to a second apparatus, where the second information indicates the first split point. The second apparatus uses the first split point based on the second information. The first split point corresponds to a first model, and the first model is used for split learning. The first information may include one or more of the following: a split point expected by a terminal, electricity quantity information of the terminal, a storage capability of the terminal, computing power of the terminal, or a measurement result related to channel quality.

    Abstract: This application discloses example communication methods and example apparatuses. One example method includes receiving control information from a network device in a first cell, where the control information indicates to initiate a random access process in a second cell, and the control information includes a first identifier of the second cell.     Abstract: This disclosure provides a scheduling latency determining method, and relates to the field of communications technologies, to reduce power consumption of UE.
