Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. After determining a first split point based on first information, a first apparatus sends second information to a second apparatus, where the second information indicates the first split point. The second apparatus uses the first split point based on the second information. The first split point corresponds to a first model, and the first model is used for split learning. The first information may include one or more of the following: a split point expected by a terminal, electricity quantity information of the terminal, a storage capability of the terminal, computing power of the terminal, or a measurement result related to channel quality.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A communication device receives a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence K1 set, wherein K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or wherein the K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The device determines HARQ feedback information based on the time window information and the time unit format information and sends the HARQ feedback information.

The solution includes: sending, by a terminal apparatus, information about one or more component carrier CC groups to a communications apparatus, where the information about the one or more CC groups is used by the communications apparatus to determine N CC groups, each of the N CC groups includes one or more CCs, and N is a positive integer; receiving, by the terminal apparatus, a scheduling latency set sent by the communications apparatus; and determining, by the terminal apparatus based on the scheduling latency set, a scheduling latency of scheduling a data channel corresponding to a control channel by using the control channel. This solution may be used to reduce power consumption of the terminal apparatus.
