The method for obtaining data resources provided by the present invention includes: receiving, by a first base station, an obtaining request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the obtaining request includes description information of a data resource requested to obtain; if the first base station determines that the data resource corresponding to the description information is not stored in a local cache, sending the obtaining request to a second base station, wherein a local cache of the second base station stores the data resource; receiving, by the first base station, the data resource corresponding to the description information sent by the second base station, and sending, the data resource to the mobile terminal. Embodiments of the present invention can prevent the problem that a lot of network uplink bandwidth is occupied after P2P transmission mechanism is introduced into a mobile network.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and system, and a proxy device. The transmission method includes: establishing a TCP connection between a client and an Internet server, where a proxy device interacts with the client in a wireless manner, and the proxy device interacts with the Internet server in a wired manner; and obtaining, by the proxy device, a start serial number and a reply serial number in a corresponding direction and completing data forwarding between the client and the Internet server based on this without respectively establishing an independent TCP connection with the client or the Internet server, so that the quality of service of a wireless network is not affected.

A data transmission method is disclosed. N streams of video data uploaded by a video capture terminal are received, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; loopback indication information sent by a mobility management entity or the video capture terminal is received, where the loopback indication information carries an identifier of a bearer of video data to be looped back; according to the identifier of the bearer of the video data to be looped back, the video data to be looped back corresponding to the identifier of the bearer of the video data to be looped back is confirmed; and the video data to be looped back is sent to a trunking terminal. In the data transmission method, data that the trunking terminal needs to monitor is directly looped back at the base station.

A network device and UE determine that the UE is handed over from a first network device to a second network device, and in a handover process, the first network device or the second network device sends a feedback control message to the UE to query for a quantity of fountain codes that are needed to continue to send, and the second network device continues to perform encoding according to the quantity of fountain codes that are needed to continue to send, and sends encoded data to the UE. In an uplink process, the UE sends a feedback control to the second network device and obtains a quantity of data packets that are needed to continue to encode, and sends a first data packet to the second network device. A receive end performs decoding according to the received first data packet to obtain an original data packet.

The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting streaming media data and relates to the field of multimedia communication technologies. The method includes: receiving a data request sent by a user equipment UE, where the data request is used to request a media presentation description MPD file from a streaming media server; if the UE does not support a dynamic adaptive steaming over the Hypertext Transfer Protocol HTTP DASH technology, forwarding the data request to the streaming media server, and receiving the requested MPD file that is delivered by the streaming media server according to the data request; and acquiring DASH streaming media data from the streaming media server according to the MPD file, and sending the DASH streaming media data to the UE, where a rate at which the DASH streaming media data is transmitted matches a bit rate selected from the MPD file.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a data encryption and transmission method and apparatus. The data encryption and transmission apparatus includes: a processing module, configured to evenly partition original data into N first data packets, where N is a positive integer; encrypt at least one first data packet in the N first data packets to obtain N encrypted first data packets; and encode, by using fountain code, the N encrypted first data packets to obtain M second data packets, where M is a positive integer, and M>N; and a sending module, configured to send the M second data packets obtained by the processing module to a receive end. The data encryption and transmission method and apparatus are provided in the embodiments of the present invention to improve security of encoding to-be-transmitted data by using the fountain code.

The present invention relates to a data pushing method, apparatus, and system. The data pushing method includes: sending a query request for a camp-on state of a mobile terminal to a gateway; receiving reply information that is about the camp-on state of the mobile terminal and returned by the gateway; determining, according to the camp-on state of the mobile terminal, a data volume of cached content to be pushed; and sending a pushing instruction to a main cache; sending the first pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a first camp-on state; and sending the second pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a second camp-on state, so as to control the main cache to push a second data volume of data of the cached content to the mobile terminal.

The present invention provides a processing method for a radio link failure, a small cell and a mobile communication system. The method includes: determining, by a small cell, whether or not a signaling radio bearer transmission connection between a user equipment and a macro base station is interrupted; receiving, if the signaling radio bearer transmission connection is interrupted, signaling radio bearer configuration parameters sent by the macro base station, wherein the signaling radio bearer configuration parameters comprise an SRB identification, a radio link control layer configuration and a logic channel configuration; establishing a signaling radio bearer for the user equipment according to the signaling radio bearer configuration parameters; and notifying the user equipment to hand over the signaling radio bearer transmission connection to the signaling radio bearer established by the small cell. In the present invention, service interruption time of the UE is reduced and continuity of service is guaranteed.
