    Abstract: A first terminal device determines a transmit power of a data channel, wherein the transmit power of the data channel comprise a first data channel part and a transmit power of a second data channel part, where the first data channel part is a part of the data channel that has a same time domain resource with a control channel, and the second data channel part is another part of the data channel that has a different time domain resource with the control channel. The first terminal device sends data in the first data channel part at the transmit power of the first data channel part, and sends data in the second data channel part at the transmit power of the second data channel part. This application may be applied to internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V.

    Abstract: This application provides example sidelink control information sending methods and example communications devices. One example method includes sending, by a first communications device, first sub control information to a second communications device and a third communications device, where the first sub control information is scrambled by using a common scrambling sequence, the first communications device and the second communications device belong to a first communications device group, and the third communications device does not belong to the first communications device group. The first communications device can then send second sub control information to the second communications device, where the second sub control information is scrambled by using a scrambling sequence generated by using a user equipment identifier of the second communications device or a scrambling sequence generated by using a group identifier of the first communications device group.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a device-to-device based resource determining method and device, which may be applied to a D2D system (for example, a system such as an internet of vehicles, V2X, or V2V). The method includes: receiving first information sent by a first terminal device, where the first information indicates a second terminal device to send assistance information; and sending the assistance information to the first terminal device, where the assistance information is used to assist the first terminal device in selecting a resource for data transmission. The second terminal device assists the first terminal device in determining the resource for data transmission, instead of completely determining, by a terminal device that sends data, the resource for data transmission.
