Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data sending method, a data receiving method, and an apparatus, and may be applied to communications systems, for example, V2X, LTE-V, V2V, internet of vehicles, MTC, IoT, LTE-M, M2M, and internet of things. A network device may configure a resource of a sidelink over an unlicensed spectrum for a first terminal device, and send the resource of the sidelink over the unlicensed spectrum to the first terminal device by using indication information. In this case, the first terminal device may perform channel listening on the sidelink over the unlicensed spectrum based on the configuration of the network device, and determine, based on a channel listening result, whether to send data to a second terminal device on the sidelink over the unlicensed spectrum.

The transmitting node sends the first message to a receiving node. The first message is used to indicate the receiving node to delay feeding back HARQ information corresponding to a first transport block TB, or the first message is used to indicate the receiving node to give up feeding back the HARQ information corresponding to the first TB. The first TB is a transport block scheduled by the first message.

Abstract: A feedback method and apparatus which are used to provide a feedback mechanism in a sidelink communications system, and may be applied to the internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. In this way, the feedback condition is set, so that the first terminal device sends the feedback information only when the feedback condition is met. In this way, resource overheads and information redundancy that are caused when each terminal device in a communication group sends feedback information are effectively avoided.
