Abstract: For example, a network management device performs a method. The network management device collects network data of a current network. Then, the network management device generates a simulation network based on the network data of the current network. When there is a network change requirement, the simulation network can be changed based on a simulation change instruction, to obtain data of a changed simulation network. The network management device obtains a connectivity simulation result based on the data of the changed simulation network and a connectivity simulation input parameter. The network data of the current network is collected, so that restoration is performed and an independent simulation network is additionally generated. The simulation network is changed and the network data generated by the changed simulation network and the connectivity simulation input parameter are used to perform connectivity simulation.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a communication method and a communications apparatus. In those embodiments, a terminal device receives first indication information and second indication information from a network device. The first indication information indicates a position of a first reference point, the second indication information indicates a first quantity, the first quantity is a quantity of offset units between the first reference point and a second reference point, and the second reference point is an endpoint of a first physical resource block (PRB). The terminal device determines a position of the first PRB based on the first indication information, the second indication information, and an identifier of a subcarrier corresponding to the first reference point. Therefore, the terminal device can complete, without learning of a system bandwidth, a process of determining a PRB corresponding to a start point of a PRB number in the system bandwidth.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information transmission method and a device. The method includes: sending, by a first device, M signals to a second device through N ports, where N and M are integers, and M≥N≥2; and receiving, by the first device, measurement information sent by the second device, where the measurement information is determined by the second device based on the M signals, and the measurement information is used to indicate a relationship between the N ports. Therefore, in the embodiments of this application, the relationship between the ports is determined by using characteristics of the ports on a side of the second device, so that the first device can relatively accurately determine the relationship between the ports, and the first device can perform appropriate communication management on the plurality of ports. This improves performance of transmission between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: A clock generation circuit and a clock signal generation method are disclosed. In the method, a direct current bias circuit in a first clock source superimposes a first direct current voltage on a first clock signal output by a first oscillation circuit, to generate a second clock signal; and a logical operation is performed on the second clock signal and a third clock signal that is generated by a second clock source, to generate a fourth clock signal. The fourth clock signal is used as a signal output by a clock generation circuit. In the method, when the first oscillation circuit cannot normally work, the clock generation circuit can still output a correct clock signal. This avoids clock signal interruption when switching is performed from the first clock source to the second clock source.
