    Abstract: This application provides a multi-mode laser apparatus which includes a multi-mode laser, a mode scrambler, a mode demultiplexer, and Y Bragg gratings. The multi-mode laser is configured to generate laser light including a plurality of modes. The mode scrambler is configured to: equalize power of laser light in different modes in the laser light having the plurality of modes, and output equalized laser light. The mode demultiplexer is configured to decompose the equalized laser light into M channels of laser light in different modes. X ports of the mode demultiplexer are configured to output X channels of laser light. Y ports of the mode demultiplexer are configured to output Y channels of laser light. The Y Bragg gratings are configured to reflect the Y channels of laser light. The mode scrambler is further configured to obtain excitation laser light based on the reflected Y channels of laser light.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an application layer traffic optimization ALTO protocol-based communication method and a related apparatus. The method includes: An ALTO server sends first information to an ALTO client according to an ALTO protocol, where the first information indicates one or more network services available in a first network, and the first information is used by a first device associated with the ALTO client to obtain the one or more network services. In embodiments of this application, a network service allocation (or network service exposure) interface is provided according to the ALTO protocol.     Abstract: This application discloses a method for identifying a source address of a packet and an apparatus, and pertains to the field of network security. A protecting device intercepts a packet whose destination address is an IP address of a protected device, where the protected device provides a service according to the QUIC protocol. The protecting device sends a retry packet to a source address of the packet in response to that the packet is an initial packet. The protecting device identifies the source address of the packet as an attack source address if the protecting device receives no response packet corresponding to the retry packet. The protecting device determines the source address of the intercepted initial packet to identify an attack source address used by an attacker, and subsequently prevents only packets from the attack source address from being sent to the protected device.
