摘要: A method of controlling a fuel cell system includes circulating a coolant through a fuel cell circulation passage in which a fuel cell and a gas liquid separator are provided. A valve is controlled selectively to connect or disconnect the fuel cell circulation passage and an air conditioning equipment circulation passage in which an air conditioning mechanism is provided. The valve is maintained to connect the fuel cell circulation passage and the air conditioning equipment circulation passage to circulate the coolant through the air conditioning equipment circulation passage when it is determined that the coolant includes air bubbles more than or equal to the threshold amount, when the valve connects the fuel cell circulation passage and the air conditioning equipment circulation passage, and when a temperature of the fuel cell is higher than or equal to a threshold temperature even if the air conditioning mechanism stops.

摘要: A method for controlling a fuel cell system includes supplying an oxidant gas, via an oxidant gas supply channel, to a cathode electrode of a fuel cell. The oxidant gas is moistened to be supplied to the cathode electrode with a humidifier. An opening degree of a bypass channel valve is decreased via a feedforward control to a first opening degree when an impedance has reached a lower limit value. The opening degree of the bypass channel valve is increased via the feedforward control to a second opening degree when the impedance has reached an upper limit value. The first opening degree is smaller than the second opening degree.

摘要: The fuel cell system determines whether or not condensation is occurring in the anode gas and the cathode gas on the basis of the humidity of the cathode gas detected by a first humidity sensor provided in the power generation cells and the humidity of the anode gas detected by a second humidity sensor provided in the power generation cells, and adjusts the water content in the cathode gas and/or the anode gas in which condensation is occurring.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack of a plurality of power generation cells and an impedance measuring device for measuring the impedance in the fuel cell stack. When stopping the operation of the fuel cell system, a method for stopping the operation of the fuel cell system operates the plurality of power generation cells to generate electric power, until the impedance value becomes equal to or greater than an objective impedance value. After the impedance value has become equal to or greater than the objective impedance value, the operation stopping method still continues the power generation of the multiple power generation cells for a given period of time.

摘要: This spot welding method is a method for joining workpieces being a layered body of three or more metal sheets by supplying welding current. The welding current has a pulse-like waveform wherein a peak state in which the current reaches or is maintained to be within a set peak current range and a non-peak state in which the current is lowered from the peak current range to a set bottom current, and is then increased toward the peak current range again are alternately achieved. In the non-peak state, in the case where an effective value Irms of the welding current is lowered, and reaches a predetermined effective value target range, a current control process for increasing the welding current toward the peak current range is started.

摘要: A spatter detection method is a method for detecting an occurrence of spatter at the time of joining a workpiece using a spot welding apparatus including a pair of electrode chips, a welding power circuit connected to the pair of electrode chips, and a current sensor configured to detect a current flowing through the pair of electrode chips. A spot welding method using the spot welding apparatus includes supplying a pulse-shaped welding current to the workpiece, the pulse-shaped welding current being generated when the welding power circuit alternately repeats power distribution control and a power distribution pause over a plurality of cycles while the workpiece is sandwiched and pressurized by the pair of electrode chips. The spatter detection method includes determining, based on a current detection value detected by the current sensor in a power distribution pause section for each cycle, whether or not the spatter occurs.

摘要: A low-temperature startup method for a fuel cell, includes detecting a temperature of the fuel cell. It is determined whether the temperature is lower than a threshold temperature. A drying operation to dry the fuel cell is increased when the temperature is determined to be lower than the threshold temperature upon starting the fuel cell to generate electric power via an electrochemical reaction between fuel gas and oxidant gas.
