    摘要: In an imaging method and a system for determining a physical or chemical condition of tissue in a human or animal body using ultrasound at least one ultrasonic pulse in the diagnostic frequency and power range is injected into the tissue. The ultrasonic echo pulse reflected by the tissue is received and processed in ultrasonographic trace processing means. Further, at least one light beam is generated and split up into at least one measuring light beam and at least one reference light beam. The measuring light beam is injected along the same beam axis along which the ultrasonic pulse is injected into the tissue. The measuring light beam scattered back by the tissue is brought into an interference relationship with the reference light beam and is processed in optical image processing means.

It is suggested that a medical instrument is connected fixedly at its proximal end region to a distal end of the sterile hose, and that there is a transfer station, in which the sterilization-sensitive operating part is accommodated, whereby the handling element can be connected to the transfer station such that the medical instrument and the sterilization-sensitive operating part can be connected to one another and that this assembly can be withdrawn from the transfer station, whereby the bundled sterile hose can be pulled over the sterilization-sensitive operating part.

    摘要: A video endoscope comprises an elongate shaft having a longitudinal axis, and a handpiece at the proximal end of the shaft, a distal end of the shaft being provided with a lens and, in the proximal direction from the lens, with an electronic image pickup. The image pickup is connected, via an electrical connection extending along the shaft, to an electrical connector piece arranged on the handpiece. The image pickup and the connector piece can rotate relative to each other about the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The electrical connection comprises at least one flexible, elongate circuit board, which is able to twist about its longitudinal direction and has at least one conductor track.
