摘要: Network-side and client-side systems and techniques for managing metadata items describing digital media content available from a number of digital media content sources are described. Disparate metadata items are collected and transcribed based on a common format. The common format facilitates computerized cataloging, searching, and presentation of relevant metadata and/or digital content via a wide variety of client-side devices. The common format includes: a portion for storing descriptive data derived from the original metadata items; a portion for storing data specific to the digital media content source supplying the original metadata; and a services specifier portion used for accessing specific digital media content. The common format may be used to identify relationships between transcribed items of metadata based on virtually unlimited selection criteria, and to facilitate the creation and presentation to users of data sets of related metadata and/or digital media content.

摘要: An economy class cabin with sleeping berths in a passenger aircraft, includes cabin floor, multi-tier sleeping berths, an air duct, an overhead bin, seats, a baggage storage place, a shoe storage place and multi-tier baggage racks. The multi-tier sleeping berths are disposed in parallel to longitudinal axis of the aircraft; a longitudinal partition board is disposed between two abreast sleeping berths; and two latitudinal partition boards are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of each of the sleeping berths and a private space is formed by the longitudinal partition board, two latitudinal partition boards, a bed cushion and a slidable curtain. The present invention has simple structure and reasonable utilization of compact space, enables all or some of passengers of the economy class to be in a lie-flat sleeping state in half of the time in intercontinental flight.

摘要: A reputation system aids in the prevention of unwanted spam or malicious communications from being sent to a mobile device, such as a cell phone. A collaborative process is used to determine ratings for a collection of source identifications of the communications. The source identifications are caller identifications (IDs) of a corresponding voice or SMS communication. A collection of opinions is maintained regarding the caller IDs. The reputation system then uses a method of making automatic predictions about the caller IDs by collecting caller ID information from many users to populate the database of maintained opinions. As such, caller IDs of users who have sent spam or malicious messages can be blocked by using collaborative information from many users, as opposed to relying on individual users to block unwanted communications.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method of forming a multi-channel power supply controller includes forming a plurality of channels configured to regulate an output voltage between first and second values, configuring the controller to select a channel that has a lowest current value and initiate forming a drive signal for that channel responsively to the output voltage having a value that is less than the first value, configuring a reset circuit for each channel to terminate the respective drive signal responsively to at least the output voltage having a value greater than the first value.

摘要: A power supply controller and method for improving the transient response of the power supply controller. The power supply controller includes a pulse width modulation control module connected to a feedback network. The feedback network is composed of an amplifier having an inverting input terminal, a non-inverting input terminal, and an output terminal. A compensation network is coupled between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal of the amplifier and a reference voltage is coupled to the non-inverting input terminal of the amplifier. A switch is coupled between the output terminal of the amplifier and an input terminal of the compensation network. The transient response of the controller is improved by operating the controller in a closed loop compensation configuration during a continuously pulsing operating mode and in an open loop compensation configuration during a pulse skip operating mode.
