摘要: Implementations set forth herein relate an automated assistant that provides suggestion elements at an OEM application and/or third-party application that is accessible via an OEM vehicle computing device, which employs restrictions on communications between local applications. The automated assistant can render suggestions via OEM vehicle applications and/or third-party applications, and initialize actions for performance via the OEM vehicle applications and/or the third-party applications—despite the limitations. The suggestions can be rendered at a graphical user interface of a vehicle, and include content that, when spoken by a user, causes the automated assistant to initialize such actions. Actions that are suggested by the automated assistant can be performed by third-party applications that are different from a third-party application that is rendering the suggestion. In this way, a common automated assistant can be indiscriminately available via various vehicle computing devices, despite differences in restrictions of communications between vehicle applications.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing time-delimited action suggestions are provided. In one example embodiment, a method includes receiving, by one or more computing devices from a user device, data indicative of a user-requested time-bound activity. The time-bound activity is associated with a time period. The method includes identifying, by the one or more computing devices, one or more parameters associated with a user that requested the time-bound activity. The method includes determining, by the one or more computing devices, a suggested action based at least in part on the one or more parameters associated with the user and the time period associated with the time-bound activity. The method includes providing, by the one or more computing devices, an output indicative of the suggested action to the user device.

摘要: Implementations relate to enabling of authorization of certain automated assistant functions via one or more modalities available within a vehicle. Implementations can eliminate wasting of computational and communication resources by at least allowing other users to authorize execution of certain input commands from a user, without requesting the user to re-submit the commands. The vehicle can include a computing device that provides access to restricted data, which can be accessed in order for an action to be performed by the automated assistant. However, when a restricted user requests that the automated assistant perform an action involving accessing the restricted data, the automated assistant can be authorized or unauthorized to proceed with fulfilling the request via a modality controlled by an unrestricted user. The unrestricted user can also cause contextual restrictions to be established for limiting functionality of the automated assistant during a trip, for certain types of requests, and/or for certain passengers.

摘要: Implementations relate to interactions, over a wireless communication modality, between an automated assistant of an automobile computer system, and separate client device(s). In some of those implementations, the client device(s) can be paired with the automobile computer system, and the client device(s) and the automobile computer system can include separate instances of an automated assistant, which can be associated with different user accounts. In some additional or alternative implementations, particular actions to be performed by a local application of a client device can be advanced via user interaction with the automobile automated assistant, despite a counterpart to the local application not being installed directly on automobile computer system. For example, despite an automobile computer system not having a third-party messaging application installed, the automobile automated assistant can access requested actions to be performed by the third-party messaging application in order to further a requested action. The automobile computer system can transmit, via the wireless communication modality, content to cause the third-party application to further the requested action.

摘要: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for isolating at least one device, from multiple devices in an environment, for being responsive to assistant invocations (e.g., spoken assistant invocations). A process for isolating a device can be initialized in response to a single instance of a spoken utterance, of a user, that is detected by multiple devices. One or more of the multiple devices can be caused to query the user regarding identifying a device to be isolated for receiving subsequent commands. The user can identify the device to be isolated by, for example, describing a unique identifier for the device. Unique identifiers can be generated by each device of the multiple devices and/or by a remote server device. The unique identifiers can be presented graphically and/or audibly to the user, and user interface input. Any device that is not identified can become temporarily unresponsive to certain commands, such as spoken invocation commands.

摘要: A method includes determining, by an assistant executing at one or more processors, a default group of actions that the assistant is configured to execute in response to receiving a particular audible command. The method includes determining, by the assistant, based on the default group of actions and a user profile associated with a particular user, a custom group of actions that the assistant is configured to execute in response to receiving the particular audible command from the particular user. The method also includes receiving, by the assistant, an indication of the particular audible command, and determining, by the assistant, whether the indication of particular audible command originated from the particular user. The method further includes, responsive to determining that the indication of particular audible command originated from the particular user, executing, by the assistant, each action from the custom group of actions.

摘要: Implementing and applying a database with radio station information that is gathered from client devices as stations become available to a plurality of users (i.e., “crowd sourced” radio station information) and allowing for a client device to download only the radio station information that is pertinent to the travel route of the user and/or radio station selection criteria associated with the client device or the user. Radio station information can be rendered via a graphical interface of a client device to allow the user to informatively select a new radio station, either before or as a current radio signal degrades to the point of being unusable. Radio station information may be rendered to cause the user's terrestrial radio to tune to a new station.

摘要: The present disclosure is generally related to a data processing system to validate vehicular functions in a voice activated computer network environment. The data processing system can improve the efficiency of the network by discarding action data structures and requests that invalid prior to their transmission across the network. The system can invalidate requests by comparing attributes of a vehicular state to attributes of a request state.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for providing contextual information for a displayed resource that includes an image. In one aspect, a method includes providing, by a user device to a contextual information server, a query-independent request for contextual information relevant to an active resource displayed in an application environment on the user device, wherein the request specifies content of the active resource and further specifies that the active resource displayed on the user device includes an image, but does not include the image in the request, receiving a request for the image from the contextual information server, providing the image to the contextual information server, receiving a user interface element that includes contextual information regarding the image, and displaying the user interface element on the user device with the active resource.
