    摘要: Provided is an ultrasonography system capable of suppressing image quality deterioration of an ultrasound image and achieving reduction in diameter of an ultrasound endoscope. An ultrasonography system includes an ultrasound transducer array in which ultrasound transducers are arranged, a cable that is connected to the ultrasound transducers, the cable having a non-coaxial cable that includes a first cable bundle consisting of signal wires and ground wires, and a first shield layer with which the first cable bundle is coated, and an outer coat with which a second cable bundle consisting of a plurality of the non-coaxial cables is coated, a memory that stores static capacitance data indicating static capacitance of each signal wire included in the first cable bundle, and a processor that periodically corrects transmission and reception sensitivity of each ultrasound transducer based on the static capacitance data stored in the memory.

    摘要: An ultrasonic endoscope includes a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators; a distal end part that houses the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators; an electrically conductive endoscopic structure housed in or connected to the distal end part; a thermally conductive member connected to the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators; and an electrically insulating thermally conductive member connected to the endoscopic structure. The thermally conductive member and the electrically insulating thermally conductive member are connected to each other. Thus, the ultrasonic endoscope that has a heat release structure which transmits the heat generated from the ultrasonic vibrators to the electrically conductive endoscopic structure housed in the distal end part and which can efficiently release the heat therefrom while electric safety is secured; and that can prevent a burn of an alimentary canal by suppressing a temperature rise of surfaces of the ultrasonic vibrators is provided.
