    摘要: An ultrasound endoscope includes an insertion part including a distal end part having an ultrasound transducer array of ultrasound transducers, a cable inserted into the insertion part, and a substrate, including electrode pads, that electrically connects the ultrasound transducers and the cable, and is disposed in the distal end part. The cable has a non-coaxial cable including a first cable bundle consisting of signal wires and ground wires, and a first shield layer with which the first cable bundle is coated, and an outer coat with which a second cable bundle consisting of the non-coaxial cables is coated. Each first cable bundle is individually led out from the cable, and each signal wire of the first cable bundle is led out and electrically bonded to the corresponding electrode pad. The ultrasound endoscope further includes a fixing part that fixes relative positions of the substrate and each first cable bundle.

    摘要: In an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and an operation method of the ultrasound diagnostic apparatus of the invention, a control circuit performs polarization processing on a plurality of ultrasound transducers in a non-diagnosis period, during which transmission of ultrasound waves and reception of reflected waves for performing ultrasound diagnosis are not performed, in a case where the cumulative driving time of the plurality of ultrasound transducers for performing the ultrasound diagnosis becomes equal to or longer than a specified time. A transmission circuit generates a first transmission signal having a driving voltage for performing ultrasound diagnosis using a pulse generation circuit in the case of performing the ultrasound diagnosis, and generates a second transmission signal having a polarization voltage for performing polarization processing using the same pulse generation circuit as in the case of generating the first transmission signal in the case of performing the polarization processing.

    摘要: There is provided an endoscope apparatus in which a forceps elevator can be operated according to the operator's intention even when a treatment tool has large bending stiffness. The forceps elevator is erectably provided in a distal end part of the insertion part of the endoscope apparatus and guides the treatment tool led out from the distal end part. The forceps elevator has an erecting motion range from a minimum angular position to a maximum angular position. If a state in which the treatment tool is not led out from the distal end part is assumed, the erecting operation lever for operating the movement of the forceps elevator has: a first operation range where the erecting operation lever is operated within the erecting motion range of the forceps elevator; and a second operation range where the erecting operation lever is operated beyond the first operation range.

    An endoscope includes a distal-end-part body that is provided at a distal end of an insertion unit. The distal-end-part body includes an elevator-housing space-forming wall that forms an elevator-housing space opened in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal axis of the insertion unit, a lead-out portion that includes a treatment tool outlet opened into the elevator-housing space, and an elevator that is provided in the elevator-housing space so as to be rotatable about a rotating shaft between a standing position and a fallen position and includes a guide surface guiding a treatment tool. The elevator-housing space-forming wall includes an opening wall portion provided on an opening side of the elevator-housing space. An opposite wall portion, which is opposite to the guide surface in a case where the elevator is in the standing position, of the opening wall portion is made of a material harder than that of all other wall portions other than the opposite wall portion.

A signal wire group includes at least two kinds of signal wires different in length from a distal end of the first cable bundle.
