Abstract: A charge validation system receives data defining a first temporal pattern of electrical parameter values describing electric power received during a charge event with a vehicle, receives data defining a second temporal pattern of electrical parameter values describing electric power supplied during a charge event with electric vehicle supply equipment, and responsive to mismatch of the first and second temporal patterns, sends a command to the electric vehicle supply equipment to prompt the electric vehicle supply equipment to discontinue or preclude charging.
