摘要: A recessed part is provided in a position, in which an upper vane and a lower vane slide, in an outer peripheral part of an intermediate partition plate in a rotary compressor. Double of eccentric amounts in an upper eccentric part and a lower eccentric part of a rotating shaft is 30% or more of entire lengths in a sliding direction of the upper vane and the lower vane respectively. A width W of the recessed part in a circumferential direction of the intermediate partition plate is larger than a thickness T of each of the upper vane and the lower vane. When a depth of the recessed part is D and an entire length of each of the upper vane and the lower vane is L, D≥0.1×L . . . Expression 1 is satisfied.

摘要: In a rotary compressor, a lower end plate cover is formed in a flat plate shape, a lower discharge chamber concave portion is formed in a lower end plate to overlap a lower discharge hole side of a lower discharge valve accommodation concave portion, and the lower discharge chamber concave portion is formed in a fan-like range between a diametrical line passing through a center of a sub-bearing unit and a midpoint of a line segment connecting a center of the lower discharge hole and a center of a lower rivet to each other and a diametrical line opened by a pitch angle 90° in a direction of the lower discharge hole about the center of the sub-bearing unit. At least a portion of a refrigerant path hole overlaps the lower discharge chamber concave portion and is disposed at a position communicating with the lower discharge chamber concave portion.

摘要: A rotary compressor includes a sealed vertical compressor housing, a compressing unit, and a motor. A refrigerant discharging unit is provided at an upper part and a refrigerant intake unit is provided at a lower part side surface in the sealed vertical compressor housing. The compressing unit is disposed on the lower part of the compressor housing, includes an annular cylinder, an end plate including a bearing unit and a discharge valve unit and blocking end portions of the cylinder, an annular piston that engages with an eccentric portion of a rotation axis supported by the bearing unit, revolves along a cylinder inner wall of the cylinder in the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber between the cylinder inner wall and the annular piston, and a vane. The motor is disposed on the upper part of the compressor housing, and drives the compressing unit via the rotation axis.

The motor has a rotor disposed on an inner side and a stator disposed on an outer side, the refrigerant is HFO1123 refrigerant or a refrigerant mixture containing the HFO1123 refrigerant, and an inner welded portion formed by welding using flux is provided within a projection area of the rotor at the upper portion of the compressor housing.

When an inner diameter of a cylinder constituting the compressing unit is referred to as Dc, a height of the cylinder is referred to as Hc, and an eccentric amount of an eccentric portion of the rotation shaft is referred to as e, Dc, Hc, and e are set so that a value obtained by an expression (e+Hc)·(Dc−e)1/3/(e·Hc)2/3 is less than 4.1.

摘要: A rotary compressor includes: a compressing unit that includes an annular cylinder, an end plate, an annular piston which is fit in an eccentric portion of a rotation shaft, and a vane which protrudes from the inside of a vane groove of the cylinder to the inside of an operation chamber, comes into contact with the annular piston, and partitions the operation chamber into an inlet chamber and a compression chamber. The vane is formed of steel and has a diamond-like carbon layer formed on a sliding surface with respect to the annular piston. The annular piston is formed of Ni—Cr—Mo cast iron to which 0.15 wt % to 0.45 wt % of phosphorus is added, or is formed of cast iron or steel and has an iron nitride layer formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof.
