    Abstract: Provided is a radiation irradiation device that can restrict movement of an arm part during device movement without providing a mechanism that becomes a user's obstacle. The radiation irradiation device includes a radiation generation unit that generates radiation; an arm part having one end to which the radiation generation unit is attached; a support member having one end to which the other end of the arm part is connected so as to be rotationally movable; a body part to which the other end of the support member is connected; a leg part that is provided on a bottom surface of the body part and is capable of traveling on a device placement surface; and an arm locking part that restricts the rotational movement of the arm part. The arm locking part is provided inside the arm part.

    Abstract: A diagnosis support apparatus for diagnosis of a patient body includes a diagnosis support device, which determines diagnosis support information for use in reference for the diagnosis by running a diagnosis support program according to plural input list items related to medical care data of the patient body. An evaluator compares a contribution value of contribution of the input list items to determining the diagnosis support information with a predetermined threshold, to generate contribution information related to at least one large contribution list item of which the contribution value is equal to or more than the threshold. A display panel displays the diagnosis support information and the contribution information, so that system visibility can be high. Preferably, the input list items include at least one of list items related to medication, a vital sign, a diagnostic test and imaging.

    Abstract: A detection panel has a plurality of pixels for accumulating electric charge by receiving X-rays, and a plurality of detection pixels for detecting an X-ray dose in an imaging surface. The detection pixels are disposed periodically with leaving space. A grid, which has X-ray absorbing portions and X-ray transmitting portions alternately and periodically arranged in a first direction, is disposed in a position opposed to the imaging surface. Since an arrangement period of the detection pixels in the first direction is different from an arrangement period of the X-ray absorbing portions, an output value of each detection pixel is distributed and hence the average of the output values has a reduced variation range.

    Abstract: A radiation irradiation device includes a radiation generation unit; an arm part; a support member having one end to which the arm part is connected; a body part to which the support member is connected; and a leg part on which the body part is placed. The leg part includes first casters that are provided on a front side of the leg part and second casters that are provided on a rear side of the leg part. The diameter of wheels of the second casters and is greater than the diameter of wheels of the first casters, and the gravity center position of the entire device is closer to the second casters side than a center between the first casters and the second casters in a state where the arm part is rotationally moved until the radiation generation unit is located at a vertically lowermost position.

The monitor is detachably installed at a plurality of positions on the surface that faces the bottom surface of the body part.

    Abstract: A cassette holder of an imaging stand is provided with first and second catch members for catching and holding an electronic cassette from above and below. The first catch member has a multi connector connected to a multi terminal of the electronic cassette. The multi connector is offset with respect to a center line of an imaging surface of the cassette holder. The multi terminal is offset with respect to a center line of an irradiation surface of the electronic cassette in the same direction by the same amount as those of the multi connector. In a state where said electronic cassette mounted on a tray is loaded into the cassette holder, the center line of the irradiation surface coincides with the center line of the imaging surface.
