Provided are a radiation emitting device forming a radiography apparatus, a method for controlling the radiation emitting device, and a program which can reduce power consumption. A radiation emitting device includes a radiation source, a collimator that sets a radiation field region, imaging unit for capturing an image of an imaging target, a display unit that displays the image captured by the imaging unit, an exposure switch, and a control unit that issues a collimator driving command to direct the collimator to set the radiation field region determined from the captured image to the collimator in a case in which the exposure switch is operated.

In the clinical pathway management device, if a request for change that requires the change of the content of a clinical pathway is received, with reference to schedule data, it is determined whether or not there is an overlap between hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in a clinical pathway as a target of change and hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in other clinical pathways different from the clinical pathway as a target of change in a case where the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is no overlap, the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is an overlap because of the change of at least either the clinical pathway as a target of change or other clinical pathways described above, plural kinds of plans of change for avoiding the overlap are generated. Thereafter, a degree of influence, which is obtained by numerically expressing an extent of change made according to each of the plans of change, of each of the plans of change is calculated. Then, the clinical pathway is changed according to a plan of change with a minimal degree of influence.

A request distribution unit, an SO acquisition request reception unit, a creation request issuance unit, and an authorization unit are added to the clinical-path management server. The request distribution unit distributes an SO acquisition request and an access request for access to a CP. The SO acquisition request reception unit receives an SO acquisition request from a patient terminal. The creation request issuance unit issues an SO creation request to an SO attending doctor responsible for an SO. When the creation request is issued, the authorization unit grants editing authority to edit the CP of the patient requesting the SO. The authorization unit grants editing authority by updating authority management information stored in an authority management information storage unit.

Provided is an ultrasound inspection apparatus ensuring the real-time property during ultrasound imaging, reducing the data amount to be stored, and making sound speed value correction after the imaging to allow improvement in image quality, tissue characterization, and so forth with high accuracy. The ultrasound inspection apparatus includes: a first reception signal memory storing element data; an image producer adapted to perform phasing and adding on element data based on a specified sound speed value to produce a sound ray signal, and produce ultrasound image data; a sound speed determiner adapted to determine the optimum sound speed value from a plurality of pieces of ultrasound image data produced using element data; a storage necessity determiner adapted to determine element data whether or not to satisfy a specified condition; and a second reception signal memory storing the element data as determined to satisfy the specified condition.

In a mobile terminal apparatus, a display unit displays a diagnostic image read from an image storage device. The image storage device stores plural image groups, each of which includes plural diagnostic images. Movement of the display unit is detected. Assuming that the display unit is moved in a mode of transverse movement while a first diagnostic image included in a first image group is displayed on the display unit, then changeover is carried out to display a second diagnostic image being included in the first image group and different from the first diagnostic image. Assuming that the display unit is moved in a mode of a single shake different from the mode of transverse movement while the first diagnostic image is displayed on the display unit, then changeover is carried out to display a third diagnostic image being included in an image group different from the first image group.

In an information sharing system, a data security apparatus includes a location acquisition device for acquiring GPS location information of a current location of a mobile terminal apparatus. A storage device stores association information of a relationship between the zone area and medical data of a medical chart allowed to be read within the zone area by authorization. A cancellation signal generator generates a cancellation signal for instructing cancellation of the medical data in case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus is moved out of the zone area. Furthermore, a data distributer transmits the medical data to the mobile terminal apparatus. In case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus has entered the zone area, the data distributer starts transmitting the medical data.
