Abstract:
This hand system comprises: a suction pad that sucks a conductive workpiece by fluid effect; at least three electrodes that are arranged on the suction pad; and an electrical characteristics measuring device that measures the electrical characteristics of an electrical circuit formed by the contact between any two of the electrodes and the workpiece.
Abstract:
The workpiece fastening device of the present invention comprises a table on which a workpiece is placed, an arm which can move so as to press a workpiece on the table against the table, and a drive part which drives the arm. The arm of the workpiece fastening device comprises a connection member which is connected to the drive part, and a rotary member which is attached to the connection member to be able to rotate about a rotation axis which extends in a direction intersecting with a movement direction of the arm. The rotary member of the arm has first and second pressing parts which are arranged at the opposite sides of the rotation axis and presses a workpiece on the table against the table by the first and second pressing parts.

Abstract:
A cutting tool holding mechanism for detachably holding a cutting tool includes: a collet chuck configured to clamp and unclamp the cutting tool; a piston disposed deeper on the proximal side of the spindle than the collet chuck and configured to urge the collet chuck by the pressure of a fluid supplied from the proximal side of the spindle in the direction from the proximal side toward the distal end side of the spindle so that the collet chuck unclamps the cutting tool; a spool valve provided in the piston and configured to open thanks to centrifugal force at the time when the spindle is turned, so as to supply the fluid fed from the spindle side to the cutting tool.
Abstract:
A workpiece picking device configured to pick up plate-like or pillar-shaped workpieces one at a time from the top of the workpieces stacked in the vertical direction, the workpiece picking device including: a chuck including a plurality of gripping claws arranged around the topmost workpiece and configured to grip a side surface of the topmost workpiece, and movable in a vertical direction, and a separator provided inside at least one of the gripping claws, and configured to separate the topmost workpiece gripped by the plurality of gripping claws from the second workpiece, the separator including a pressing part configured to be projectable downwardly from the at least one of the gripping claws toward the second workpiece, and a driving part configured to press the pressing part against the second workpiece by moving the pressing part toward the second workpiece.

Abstract:
A pallet device which can prevent a hook fixed to a pallet from interfering with a workpiece or a tool for a machine tool. The pallet device includes a pallet including a pallet main body which clamps a workpiece, and a replacement hook movably provided in the pallet main body, the replacement hook being movable between a projection position at which the replacement hook projects outside the pallet main body and a retraction position to which the replacement hook is retracted from the projection position to the pallet main body, and a jig to and from which the pallet is attached and detached.
Abstract:
A workpiece positioning device (1) includes a first positioning block (Bx) positioning one surface of a workpiece at a first reference surface in a first direction, two second positioning blocks (By1, By2) positioning a different surface of the workpiece at a second reference surface in a second direction, seat blocks (Bz1, Bz2, Bz3) positioning the workpiece in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, a push cylinder (30) pressing the workpiece in one direction toward an intersection line between the first and the second reference surface, a first unit (10) contacting with the one surface of the workpiece and correcting a posture of the workpiece before the first positioning block contacts with the workpiece, and a second unit (20) contacting with the different surface of the workpiece and correcting the posture of the workpiece before the second positioning blocks contact with the workpiece.
Abstract:
A rotation tool is mounted to a spindle of a machine tool. The rotation tool comprises a cutter holding portion to which blade portion is fixed and a fixing device which fixes a workpiece. The blade portion is disposed at a tip end of the cutter holding portion. The fixing device includes a movement portion formed to be movable in the interior of the cutter holding portion and a pressing device which presses the movement portion to a side toward the workpiece. The fixing device includes a shaft portion rotatably supported relative to the movement portion and a pressing portion which presses the workpiece.
