Abstract:
A housing cap comprises: a cap basic body having a cap floor having an opening as well as a surrounding cap lateral wall adjoining an edge of the cap floor. A window pane of a transparent material placed on a side of the cap floor facing toward the cap lateral wall in a manner sealing the opening of the cap floor; as well as a contact disk placed on a side of the window pane facing away from the cap floor. The cap lateral wall includes on an inner side facing the window pane a groove, while the contact disk has a contact region bearing against the window pane as well as an outer edge having formed therein a plurality of teeth, which are in engagement with the groove.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a thermal flowmeter for measuring mass flow of a medium in a measuring tube, comprising: a measuring tube having a tube wall and a tube axis; a sensor with four probes, extending from a sensor base into the measuring tube, wherein the probes are adapted to heat medium, to determine its temperature or to influence a flow of the medium; and an electronic circuit, adapted to operate the probes and to create and to provide flow measured values. Each probe has a probe base and a probe active portion, wherein the probe active portion is adapted to heat the medium, to determine the temperature of the medium, and/or to influence a flow of the medium. The probe bases define a rhombus on a surface of the sensor base, wherein the rhombus is defined by geometric centers of cross sections of the probe bases.
Abstract:
The flow conditioner comprises a diffusor with a guide system arranged within its lumen, a flow rectifier with a disc shaped flow obstruction arranged within its lumen, wherein the flow obstruction has a plurality of flow openings, as well as a confusor, wherein diffusor, flow rectifier and confusor are connected fluidically in series to form a flow path extending from a flow opening of the diffusor to a flow opening of the confusor and involving the lumina of diffusor, flow rectifier and confusor. The guide system of the diffusor includes a sleeve shaped deflection means as well as a plurality of mutually separated connecting elements connected both with the deflection means as well as with the wall of the diffusor. The guide system is so formed and so positioned that the deflection means is spaced from the wall of the diffusor and arranged coaxially with the lumen of the diffusor.
Abstract:
A thermal flowmeter includes: a measuring tube; a sensor having a main sensor body and four probes designed to heat the medium, determine the temperature thereof, or influence the flow of the medium in the measuring tube; and an electronic measuring/operating circuit, wherein the probe bodies span a rhombus on the surface of the main sensor body. A first diagonal of the rhombus is parallel to the measuring tube axis, and a second diagonal lies in the measuring tube cross-section. A first probe and a second probe are designed to heat the medium, and at least a third probe is designed to determine the temperature of the medium. The first probe and the second probe are arranged on the first diagonal, and the at least one third probe is arranged on the second diagonal.

Abstract:
A vortex flow transducer for measuring the flow velocity of a fluid flowing in a measuring tube as well as to a vortex flow sensor for the vortex flow transducer. In such case, the vortex flow sensor includes a housing having a central axis and a connecting section, on which a shoulder is embodied, which has a bearing area. In a plane of the shoulder a membrane is arranged, whose edge is positioned over the bearing area and is axially spaced therefrom. The vortex flow sensor includes, furthermore, a flange shaped support system having a radial edge section and a cylindrical axial section, wherein the radial edge section lies with its surface against the shoulder of the platform and the cylindrical axial section extends parallel to the central axis, so that the membrane is supported against the support system upon application of a predetermined pressure on the membrane.
