Abstract:
Provided is a control system including controller configured to manage ID information comprising a unique number of a carrier on which a goods is mounted from among a plurality of carriers provided to tilt in a second direction or a third direction, such that each of the carriers moves along the first direction on a goods sorter and sorts the goods to at least one of a plurality of sorting openings, a recognizer configured to sense a material of the goods and a falling point at which the goods falls in a sorting opening, and an analyzer configured to generate result data obtained by analyzing a tilting speed and a tilting strength of the carrier, wherein the controller outputs a controls signal such that the at least one of the tilting speed and the tilting strength of the carrier is controlled based on the result data.
Abstract:
Provided is a mail sorting system including: a detection unit configured to output a detection signal for a length of a mail inserted to a conveyor belt; a crossbelt driving unit configured to control a motor interworking with a crossbelt including a central region and first and second lateral regions adjacent to both sides based on the central region where the mail is moved and arranged from the conveyor belt; and a control unit configured to transmit a motor control signal which controls at least one of an rpm and a rotational speed of the motor so that the mail is arranged on any one of the central region and the first and second lateral regions based on the detection signal, to the crossbelt driving unit, in order to easily discharge the mail from a destination discharge point by disposing the inserted mail at a setting region of the crossbelt.
Abstract:
An apparatus for transporting an object including a barcode, the apparatus including: a first line along which the object is transported; a branch line that branches off from the first line to the side of the first line; a control unit for determining whether or not to allow the object to turn off the first line to the branch line; and a second line to which the object is transferred from the branch line, and along which the transferred object moves back to the first line, wherein the first line includes a sorter for allowing the object to turn off the first line to the branch line, and the control unit rotates the object by controlling a rotation unit provided on the branch line.
Abstract:
A logistics center automation system includes a singulator to which a cluster control for simultaneously moving articles unloaded from a plurality of unloading vehicles is applied, a transport robot configured to deliver the articles moved by the singulator to a loading vehicle corresponding to destination information, a mobile multi-recognizer configured to extract destination information of the transport robot, and a controller configured to control the singulator, the transport robot, and the mobile multi-recognizer.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a method for sorting a parcel, and more particularly, a system for sorting a parcel that arranges articles to an outlet edge for each corresponding destination. The system for sorting a parcel, which moves an article to a cart according to destination information of the article to classify the article to a chute for each destination, includes: an article position detecting unit which detects positional information of the article loaded on the cart that moves in a first direction by a track which moves in the first direction; and a control unit which controls the cart to rotate in a second or third direction according to the detected positional information of the article and destination information of the article.
Abstract:
A system for automatically sorting a mailpostal matter and a method thereof are provided. The system for automatically sorting a mailpostal matter includes a mailpostal matter supply unit configured to convey two inputted mailpostal matters by controlling a distance between the two inputted mailpostal matters to be equal to a distance between carriers when the two mailpostal matters are inputted through one inlet at the same time, a mailpostal matter inserting unit, configured to insert the two conveyed mailpostal matters into two crossbelt carriers which are continuously empty at the same time when the two mailpostal matters are conveyed from the mailpostal matter supply unit, and a crossbelt carrier configured to move the two mailpostal matters inserted from the mailpostal matter inserting unit.
