Abstract:
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a method for time synchronization of a first node in a peer aware communication (PAC) environment is provided. The first node obtains medium access control authority by performing contention with a second node neighboring the first node. The first node adds a time synchronization offset to the first beacon frame. In addition, the first node transmits the first beacon frame in a beacon period of a superframe when obtaining the media access control authority.
Abstract:
A wireless communication method using a control channel between wireless communication devices including: exchanging profile information between a node and intermediate relay nodes therearound so as to allow the node to transmit/receive data to/from a destination node; determining, by the node, a first intermediate relay node using the profile information and determining a wireless communication mode with the first intermediate relay node; and transmitting/receiving data between the node and the first intermediate relay node by the determined wireless communication mode is provided.
Abstract:
A received signal strength indicator is provided. The received signal strength indicator includes a plurality of differential amplifiers forming an amplifier chain for amplifying differential signals and a plurality of rectifiers for rectifying signals output from the plurality of differential amplifiers and the differential signals, and a low pass filter for combining the signals rectified by the plurality of rectifiers to output received signal strength. Each rectifier includes a class AB voltage-current converter for converting a differential voltage into a current, and two triode transistors.
Abstract:
A method of updating firmware of a router and a terminal node in a multi hop-based IoT wireless network system including an access point, routers, and terminal nodes, the access point, the router, and the terminal node each functioning as an OTA master in the case of a parent node, and functioning as an OTA slave in the case of a child node, the method including: determining whether the OTA master is ready to download firmware of the OTA slaves connected to the OTA master; downloading firmware data to the OTA slave that is ready to download the firmware in units of blocks; determining firmware data blocks that need to be resent, to resend and download the firmware data blocks to the OTA slave; and when the OTA master determines that resending the firmware data blocks is completed, determining that firmware download of all the OTA slaves is completed.
Abstract:
A network managing apparatus and a transmission method thereof are provided. The transmission method includes: broadcasting a plurality of packets using a plurality of shared timeslots shared by a plurality of network nodes for downlink communication and a base channel; determining one or more missed packets that are not received by the plurality of network nodes among the plurality of packets; determining a distributor that is to transmit the one or more missed packets and a distribution timeslot and a distribution channel for transmission of the one or more missed packets; and broadcasting transmission schedule information including information on the distributor and information on the distribution timeslot and the distribution channel using the base channel.
Abstract:
An apparatus for wireless identification receives position information on recognition objects searched by a radar from the radar and identifies recognition objects within a communication area of antennas using signals responding to wireless frequency signals which are transmitted while changing beam directions of the antennas, for the recognition objects searched by the radar.
Abstract:
A multi-channel wireless network acquires reference time information that is commonly applied to all multi-channels and acquires packet receiving time information of a received packet on each channel basis based on the reference time information by spreading and applying the reference time information to each channel.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus having advantages of resolving a phenomenon in which traffic is concentrated on an AP of a wireless network and preventing traffic collision to enhance network efficiency are provided. Thousands or more of nodes included in a wireless network can be connected to the wireless network through a plurality of distributed association nodes, rather than through a single AP, and thus, concentration can be resolved and the wireless network can be effectively operated. Also, by performing distributed association on the basis of a single hop, implementation complexity can be lowered.
