Abstract: The present invention is a cooking oven for foodstuffs, comprising: a cooking chamber, wherein foodstuffs can be placed for being cooked, having a bottom wall provided with a first cooking chamber outlet positioned in such a way to receive grease collected in the bottom wall; a grease conduit configured for draining grease from the cooking chamber, wherein the first cooking chamber outlet is fluidly connected to the grease conduit; a heating device configured for heating the internal of the cooking chamber; and a vapour outlet duct configured for discharging vapour from the cooking chamber. The bottom wall of the cooking chamber is further provided with a second cooking chamber outlet, distinct from the first cooking chamber outlet and fluidly connected to the vapour outlet duct.

Abstract: An apparatus for cooking food products is provided. The apparatus includes at least one heating plate having a surface provided with alternate crests and troughs. The apparatus further comprises a fixing system adapted to detachably fix a corrugated protective plate, having a non-stick face, to said heating plate. The corrugated protective plate has a first and a second corrugated edge and alternate crests and troughs extending from the first to the second corrugated edge and adapted to match the alternate crests and troughs of the heating plate when the corrugated protective plate is fixed to the heating plate. Said fixing system comprises fixing elements adapted to exert a force on corresponding portions of the protective plate close to the first or the second corrugated edge so as to push the protective plate against the heating plate.

Abstract: A washing appliance has a hydraulic circuit including a tank for storing a predetermined amount of liquid, and a heating element inside the tank. The heating element heats the liquid to a predetermined temperature. A water inlet receives water from a water supply network. A descaling apparatus includes a descaler chamber having a housing portion housing a descaler product container containing a descaling agent and a mixing portion containing a mix of water and a predetermined amount of the descaling agent. The housing portion is fluidly connected to the mixing portion and an inlet pipe fluidly connecting a water inlet to the descaler chamber. The descaling apparatus also includes an outlet pipe that drains the mix of water and descaling agent from the mixing portion and provides it to the tank and a spraying element in the mixing portion that sprays water from the inlet pipe towards the housing portion.
