摘要: A method of forming a porous three-dimensional (3D) silicone article is disclosed. The method comprises I) printing a first composition with a 3D printer to form a first layer from the first composition. The method further comprises II) printing a second composition on the first layer with the 3D printer to form a second layer from the second composition on the first layer. At least one of the first and second compositions comprises a silicone composition. In the method, step II) may optionally be repeated with independently selected composition(s) for any additional layer(s). At least one of the first and second layers does not consist of linear filaments. Finally, the method comprises III) exposing the layers to a solidification condition. The porous three-dimensional (3D) silicone article defines a plurality of voids.

摘要: An isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer having a particular structure is disclosed. A method of preparing the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer is also disclosed, the method comprising reacting a polyether compound and an organosilicon compound to give the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer. A silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer formed therewith, as well as a method of preparing the silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer, are also disclosed. Sealants comprising the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer and/or the silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer are further disclosed.

摘要: A silicone-polyether copolymer has the formula X—Y, where X is a silicone moiety having a particular structure and Y is a polyether moiety. An isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer formed therewith is also disclosed. Further, a silicone-polyether-urethane copolymer formed with the isocyanate-functional silicone-polyether copolymer is disclosed. Related methods of preparation as well as sealants and cured products thereof are further disclosed.

A sealant is also disclosed, the sealant comprising the silicone-polyether copolymer and a condensation-reaction catalyst.

The primer is prepared from starting materials including a) an organoboron compound capable of forming a free radical generating species, and at least one of b) an organosilicon compound having, per molecule, at least one free radical reactive group and at least one other reactive group, and/or c) an organoborane liberating compound capable of reacting with starting material a) to liberate the free radical generating species. 摘要: A networked silicone is disclosed. The networked silicone comprises crosslinked strands of hindered organosilicon compounds. A composition for preparing the networked silicone is also disclosed, and comprises (A) a hindered organosilicon compound, (B) a crosslinking compound, and optionally (C) a catalyst. Additionally, a method of preparing the networked silicone is disclosed, and comprises reacting the hindered organosilicon compound (A) and the crosslinking compound (B), optionally in the presence of the catalyst (C), to give the networked silicone. A reaction product comprising the networked silicone is also disclosed. The reaction product is prepared from the composition and/or in accordance with the method, and may be a cured product. Additionally, a composite article and a method of forming the same are disclosed. The composite article is formed by disposing a networked silicone composition on the substrate and curing the networked silicone composition, thereby preparing the composite article.
