摘要: The present disclosure provides a coupled inductor and a power module. The coupled inductor includes a magnetic core, a first winding, a second winding, and an adjustment structure located in the magnetic core. At least part of the first winding and at least part of the second winding are in the magnetic core, a stacked portion of the first winding and a stacked portion of the second winding are stacked in a height direction, a non-stacked portion of the first winding and the second winding are not stacked in the height direction, and a non-stacked portion of the second winding and the first winding are not stacked in the height direction. The adjustment structure which is adjoining the non-stacked portion of the first winding and the non-stacked portion of the second winding and has a lower magnetic permeability than that of the magnetic core may adjusts leakage inductance.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a transformer and a bidirectional isolated resonant converter, where the transformer includes a first side winding, a second side winding, and a magnetic core. The magnetic core includes a winding column, at least one side column and two connecting portions. The first side winding includes: a first side first winding and a first side second winding that are electrically connected, and the second side winding is located between the first side first winding and the first side second winding. An air gap is provided on the winding column, and the air gap is provided between the second side winding and a first end surface of the winding column, and a first side equivalent leakage inductance and a second side equivalent leakage inductance are obtained through the air gap.

摘要: A magnetic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core, a first winding set and a second winding set. The magnetic core is made of a magnetic powder material and includes two connecting portions connected through three magnetic columns to form a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The first winding set and the second winding set are made by a flat conductive body, and spaced apart on the middle magnetic column at a distance. The first winding set includes two first conducting portions connected through a first horizontal portion. The second winding set includes two second conducting portions connected through a second horizontal portion. The first horizontal portion and the second horizontal portion are exposed to the first side, and the two first conducting portions and the two second conducting portions are extended to the second side.

摘要: Provided are a coupled inductor and a power module including the coupled inductor. A coupled inductor includes: a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding, where a first passage is formed in the magnetic core; a part of the first winding and a part of the second winding pass through the first passage, and the first winding crosses with the second winding outside the first passage. Another coupled inductor includes: a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding, where the magnetic core has a first passage and a second passage in parallel, both run through the magnetic core from one end face thereof to another opposite end face, where the first winding and the second winding both penetrate the first passage and the second passage, such that differently-named terminals of the windings are located on the same end face of the magnetic core.
