摘要: Provided is a method for directly preparing dimethyl ether by synthesis gas, the method comprises: the synthesis gas is passed through a reaction zone carrying a catalyst, and reacted under the reaction conditions sufficient to convert at least a portion of the raw materials to obtain the reaction effluent comprising dimethyl ether; and the dimethyl ether is separated from the reaction effluent, wherein the catalyst is zinc aluminum spinel oxide. In the present invention, only one zinc aluminum spinel oxide catalyst is used, which can make the synthesis gas to highly selectively form dimethyl ether, the catalyst has good stability and can be regenerated. The method of the present invention realizes the production of dimethyl ether in one step by the synthesis gas, and reduces the large energy consumption problem caused by step-by-step production.

摘要: The present application provides a method for preparing acetal carbonyl compound used as an intermediate for producing ethylene glycol, which comprises a step in which a raw material acetal and a raw gas carbon monoxide go through a reactor loaded with a catalyst containing an acidic microporous silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, for carrying out a carbonylation reaction. In the method of the present invention, the conversion rate of the raw material acetal is high, and the selectivity of acetal carbonylation is high, and the catalyst life is long, and no additional solvent is needed in the reaction process, and the reaction condition is relatively mild, and the process is continuous, showing the potential for industrial application. Moreover, the product of acetal carbonyl compound can be used for producing ethylene glycol by hydrogenation followed by hydrolysis.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a light fatty acid alkyl ester with the formula of R1—COO—R2, and the method comprises a step in which a alkyl ether with formula of R1—O—R2 and a raw gas containing carbon monoxide go through a reactor loaded with a catalyst for carrying out a carbonylation reaction; wherein the catalyst contains an acidic EMT zeolite molecular sieve; wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from C1-C4 alkyl groups. The present invention has provided a new method for producing light fatty acid alkyl ester. In the method of the present invention, the carbonylation is carried out in the presence of the catalyst containing the acidic EMT zeolite molecular sieve, and the reaction activity is high, and the stability has been significantly improved, meeting the requirement of industrial production.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing methyl acetate, in which a feed gas containing an organic amine, dimethyl ether, carbon monoxide and optional hydrogen gas goes through a reactor loaded with a H-type mordenite catalyst, to produce methyl acetate; wherein said H-type mordenite catalyst is a H-type mordenite catalyst with adsorption of an organic amine. The method in the present invention improves the catalyst stability and prolongs the catalyst life, by using the H-type mordenite catalyst with adsorption of an organic amine as the catalyst and adding the organic amine in the feed gas to replenish the organic amine desorbed from the catalyst during the reaction.

摘要: A method for directly preparing p-xylene from synthetic gas and aromatic hydrocarbon. The method includes contacting the feedstock containing synthetic gas and aromatic hydrocarbon excluding p-xylene with the catalyst in the reaction zone under reaction conditions sufficient to convert at least part of the feedstock to obtain a reaction effluent containing p-xylene; and separating p-xylene from the reaction effluent, where the catalyst includes a highly dispersed metal oxide material confined by an inert carrier, an acidic molecular sieve, and optionally at least one of graphite powder and dispersant, where in the highly dispersed metal oxide material confined by the inert carrier, the inert carrier is at least one of silicon oxide and alumina, and the content of the metal oxide in terms of metal is less than or equal to 10% by mass calculated based on the weight of the highly dispersed metal oxide material confined by the inert carrier.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly relates to the preparation of the aromatic hydrocarbons by passing methanol and carbon monoxide through a reactor loaded with an acidic ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst containing no metal additive under reaction conditions. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the present invention can improve and stabilize the selectivity to aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly BTX, by adding carbon monoxide in methanol aromatization, and also prolongs the single-pass life of the catalyst. The performance of an inactivated catalyst is not significantly degraded after repeated regenerations. Furthermore, the catalyst preparation process omits the step of adding a metal additive, so that not only the process is simplified, but also costs are greatly reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated.

摘要: A method for preparing aromatics from syngas, which includes a) contacting a raw material stream containing syngas with a catalyst in a reaction zone under reaction conditions sufficient to convert at least part of the raw material to obtain a reaction effluent; b) separating the reaction effluent to obtain at least a recycle stream containing gas-phase hydrocarbons having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and unconverted syngas and a liquid stream containing hydrocarbons having 5 or more carbon atoms; c) returning the recycle stream to the reaction zone; and d) separating aromatic products from the liquid stream, wherein the catalyst includes at least one of an inert carrier-confined highly dispersed metal oxide material, an acidic molecular sieve, and, optionally, graphite powder and a dispersant.

摘要: This invention provides a method for preparing ethylene glycol by hydrolyzing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. The method comprises passing a fresh raw material containing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water through a reaction zone loaded with a solid acid catalyst to react under the following conditions; separating the reacted mixture via a separation system to obtain a target product of ethylene glycol, by-products containing methanol, dimethyl ether and ethylene glycol-based derivatives, and an unreacted raw material containing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water; passing the target product of ethylene glycol into a product collection system; and passing methyl alcohol and dimethyl ether in the by-products into a by-product collection system; and after being mixed with the fresh raw materials containing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water, the ethylene glycol-based derivatives in the by-products and the unreacted raw material containing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water being recycled into the reaction zone, to realize the preparation of ethylene glycol by hydrolyzing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. This invention provides a new process to realize the preparation of ethylene glycol by hydrolyzing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. And in the method, the catalyst has long life and good stability.
