摘要: An estimation unit estimates a fuel pressure on a discharge side of a high-pressure pump based on an amount of fuel injection with a fuel injection valve from a time point at which a detected fuel pressure changes from a higher status than a first pressure to a lower status, assuming that the fuel has not been discharged with the high-pressure pump. The determination unit determines that a relief valve is in an open status based on a dropping mode of the estimated fuel pressure and a dropping mode of the detected fuel pressure.

摘要: The control section of a control apparatus executes a first control for operating a voltage application section such as to cause a current to flow in a first direction through a gas sensor in a first period, and a second control for operating the voltage application section such as to cause a current to flow in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, through the gas sensor in a second period. The control apparatus changes the length of at least one of the first period and the second period based on a comparison between a first measurement value, which is the absolute value of a value measured by a sweep measurement section during execution of the first control, and a second measurement value, which is the absolute value of a value measured by the sweep measurement section during execution of the second control.

摘要: In a predetermined operating region, a fuel injection valve executes a second injection to inject fuel into a cylinder in a compression stroke, and a first injection to inject fuel into the cylinder 2 in the compression stroke or an intake stroke before the second injection. When a purge is executed, the total quantity of fuel to be injected by the fuel injection valve into the cylinder is reduced more than when the purge is not executed, and a fuel reduction quantity of the second injection is made smaller than a fuel reduction quantity of the first injection.

摘要: The objective of the present invention is to provide a controller for a supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine and a control method that can reduce man-hours for data measurement and matching, which are required to perform while the internal combustion engine and the supercharger are combined. In a controller, a target turbine flow rate for realizing a target compressor driving force is calculated; a target wastegate flow rate is calculated based on an exhaust gas flow rate and the target turbine flow rate; a target turbine-upstream pressure is calculated based on a target before/after-turbine pressure ratio for realizing the target compressor driving force and a turbine-downstream pressure; a target gate effective opening area is calculated based on the target wastegate flow rate, the target before/after-turbine pressure ratio, and the target turbine-upstream pressure; then, a gate valve control value is calculated.

摘要: To improve the controllability of the feedback control of the boost pressure, an ECU comprises a valve control part that feedback controls a boost pressure of a turbocharger based on a deviation between a target boost pressure and an actual boost pressure, and a determination part that determines whether or not the exhaust state in an exhaust passage can achieve the target boost pressure, and the feedback control includes at least an integral term, and when the determination part determines the exhaust state cannot achieve the target boost pressure, the valve control part reduces the influence of the deviation on the calculation of integral term compared with that when the exhaust state can achieve the target boost pressure.

摘要: An engine control device is provided, which includes a blowby gas passage connecting an engine body to an intake passage so that blowby gas leaked from a combustion chamber is recirculated to the intake passage, a boost pressure changer configured to change a boost pressure of a turbocharger, and a controller configured to set a target boost pressure and control the boost pressure changer. The turbocharger includes a turbine which is provided to an exhaust passage and driven by exhaust gas, and a compressor which is provided to the intake passage and rotary driven by the turbine to boost intake air. The blowby gas passage is connected to the intake passage near the compressor. The controller corrects the target boost pressure when an ambient temperature is below a given determination temperature, to be higher than the target boost pressure when the ambient temperature is at or above the determination temperature.

摘要: A control method of a turbocharged engine includes: a bypass passage bypassing a compressor; and a bypass valve configured to open and close the bypass passage. The method includes: a compressor flow rate predicting step of predicting a flow rate of air flowing through the compressor after a predetermined time; a compressor pressure ratio detecting step of detecting a pressure ratio of the compressor; a surging determining step of determining whether or not surging occurs after the predetermined time, in reference to preliminary prepared surging determination data based on the compressor predicted flow rate and the compressor pressure ratio; and a bypass valve controlling step of opening the bypass valve when it is determined in the surging determining step that the surging occurs and closing the bypass valve when it is determined in the surging determining step that the surging does not occur.

摘要: A controller, for a supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine, that can improve the feedback response of compressor driving force is provided. In a controller, inertial force produced by an inertial moment of a supercharger is calculated, based on a real rotation speed of the supercharger; then, driving force feedback control is implemented in which a gate valve control value, which is a control value for a gate valve actuator, is changed so that an addition value obtained by adding the inertial force to the real compressor driving force approaches a target compressor driving force.
