Abstract: A control apparatus operates an inverter by overmodulation pulse width modulation control or rectangular wave control to control an output torque of a motor to a command torque. When a first condition is not met, the inverter is operated by the overmodulation pulse width modulation control. The first condition is that an amplitude parameter increases and reaches a determination value. The amplitude parameter is an amplitude of an output voltage vector of the inverter or a modulation factor of the output voltage of the inverter. When the first condition and a second condition are met, operation of the inverter is switched from operation by the overmodulation pulse width modulation control to operation by the rectangular wave control. The second condition is that a change amount in a negative d-axis direction of a current vector of current flowing to the motor after the first condition is met reaches a predetermined amount.

Abstract: In a control apparatus for a power conversion apparatus, a spectrum changing unit changes a spectrum of at least one of bus harmonic components and switch harmonic components so as to meet at least one of a separation condition and a reduction condition. The bus harmonic components are harmonic components superimposed on a voltage of the bus in accompaniment with on-off operations of switches configuring at least one power conversion apparatuses. The switch harmonic components are harmonic components included in a switching pattern of switches configuring the remaining at least one power conversion apparatus. The separation condition is that the frequencies of both harmonic components are separated by a predetermined value or more. The reduction condition is that an amplitude of at least one harmonic component is reduced when the difference between the frequencies of both harmonic components is less than the predetermined value.

Abstract: A control device alternately turns on an upper arm switch and a lower arm switch constituting an inverter on the basis of an operation pattern that is a time-series pattern that defines a switching pattern for each of the upper arm switch and the lower arm switch. The control device detects each of a present pattern that is the operation pattern currently set and a next pattern that is the operation pattern to be set next time. A plurality of timings is set in the middle of the present pattern over one electrical angle period as candidates of switching from the present pattern to the next pattern, and the control device selects a command switching timing from among the plurality of timings. The control device switches the operation pattern from the present pattern to the next pattern at the selected command switching timing.

Abstract: In a control apparatus for a rotating electric machine, a phase feedback gain is set such that first and second conditions are met. The first condition is that gain margin and phase margin in frequency characteristics of a first loop transfer function are ensured. The second condition is that a gain intersection angular frequency in frequency characteristics of the first loop transfer function is lower than respective resonance angular frequency in frequency characteristics of first and second transfer functions.
