摘要: In an autonomous driving control apparatus, a control unit controls autonomous driving that causes a vehicle to travel along a scheduled travel route. A storage unit stores driving-operation modules. Each of the driving-operation modules is comprised of a modularized set of a sequence of input/output operations used by a corresponding driving operation carried out by the autonomous driving. The control unit determines the scheduled travel route, and determines, in accordance with the scheduled travel route, at least one selected driving-operation module from the driving-operation modules stored in the storage unit. The control unit performs the at least one selected driving-operation module to thereby cause the vehicle to perform the autonomous driving.

摘要: In an autonomous driving control apparatus, a control unit communicable with the memory deter mines, upon execution of the autonomous driving, whether it is necessary to update a primary scheduled travel route for the autonomous vehicle toward a destination in accordance with at least one of failure information about the autonomous vehicle and route condition information indicative of a condition of the primary scheduled travel route. The control unit updates the primary scheduled travel route to a new scheduled travel route in accordance with one or more driving operations executable by the autonomous vehicle upon determination that it is necessary to update the scheduled travel route. The control unit controls the autonomous driving of the autonomous vehicle in accordance with the new scheduled travel route.

摘要: In an electrical discharge machine that applies a voltage between an electrode and a workpiece to generate electrical discharge, an electrode holder holds the electrode. An ultrasonic motor has a fingertip that comes into contact with electrode holder, and moves electrode holder in a driving direction by moving the fingertip in an annular manner at an ultrasonic-range frequency. A roller bearing guides the movement of the electrode holder in the driving direction. A control circuit controls a position of the electrode in the driving direction by driving the ultrasonic motor, and moves the electrode holder based on an abnormality occurring in resistance against the movement of the electrode holder in the driving direction such that the electrode holder is moved by a movement distance equivalent to when the largest roller element among a plurality of roller elements of the roller bearing rolls and rotates once without sliding or longer.
