    摘要: A head up display including an image-light source, at least one reflector and a light modulation device is provided. The image-light source is configured to provide an image light. The at least one reflector is configured to transmit the image light to leave the head up display. On the transmission path of the image light, the light modulation device is disposed in the head up display. An ambient light enters the image-light source after passing through the light modulation device, and a light energy of the ambient light entering the image-light source is less than or equal to 25% of a light energy of the ambient light entering the head up display.

    摘要: An image generation unit includes a display panel, a first illumination system, and a second illumination system. The display panel has a first and a second imaging regions adjacently arranged and located on the same plane. The first illumination system provides a first light beam incident on the first imaging region at a first incident angle. The first imaging region converts the first light beam into a first image beam. The second illumination system provides a second light beam incident on the second imaging region at a second incident angle. The second imaging region converts the second light beam into a second image beam. The optical paths of the first light beam and the second light beam do not intersect with each other. The first image beam and the second image beam leave the display panel at different light exit angles.

The light source is disposed beside the light incident surface of the light guide plate. The reflective structure is disposed under the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The reflective structure has a characteristic of changing its reflectivity according to a control signal applied thereto.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a light source module including a substrate, multiple light-emitting elements, multiple reflecting elements, and an encapsulation layer. The reflecting elements and light-emitting elements are disposed in stack arrangement in the direction perpendicular to the substrate surface, respectively. The encapsulation layer disposed between the reflecting elements and light-emitting elements includes multiple first grooves and main portions. The first grooves located between the light-emitting elements are connected to each other. The main portions cover the light-emitting elements, and the reflecting elements and the light-emitting elements are disposed in the central position of the main portions having multiple first inclined ridges disposed around the central position to define the first grooves in the first direction parallel to the extending direction of the substrate surface. The first angle included between the first inclined ridge and the surface of the substrate is less than 90 degrees.

The infrared light splitting element is located on a transmission path of at least one ambient light beam, and configured to split an infrared light beam from the at least one ambient light beam. The at least one infrared light detecting element is located on a transmission path of the infrared light beam of the at least one ambient light beam, and configured to detect light intensity of the infrared light beam. When the at least one infrared light detecting element detects that the light intensity of the infrared light beam exceeds a predetermined threshold, the head up display device reduces light intensity of a portion of the at least one ambient light beam transmitted to the image generation unit.
