    摘要: The disclosure provides a display unit and a projection device. The display unit includes a first display panel having first light emitting elements configured to provide a first color light, a wavelength conversion element located on a transmission path of the first color light and having a conversion region and a non-conversion region, a second display panel having second light emitting elements configured to provide a second color light, and a light combining element. A quantum dot conversion material is disposed on the conversion region. Part of the first color light is converted into a third color light after passing through the conversion region, and another part of the first color light passes through the non-conversion region. The light combining element is located on transmission paths of the first color light, the second color light and the third color light and is configured to form an image beam.

    摘要: A wavelength conversion module including an isolation structure layer, multiple wavelength conversion patterns, a dichroic filter film, and at least one dichroic filter layer is provided. The isolation structure layer has multiple openings. The wavelength conversion patterns are disposed in a part of the openings, and configured to absorb a first part of multiple excitation light beams be excited to generate multiple converted light beams. The dichroic filter film is disposed on one side of the isolation structure layer. The at least one dichroic filter layer is disposed on another side of the isolation structure layer or disposed in the openings. A part of the converted light beams are reflected to the wavelength conversion patterns by the dichroic filter film. A second part of the excitation light beams passing through the wavelength conversion patterns are reflected to the wavelength conversion patterns by the at least one dichroic filter layer.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a light source module including a substrate, multiple light-emitting elements, multiple reflecting elements, and an encapsulation layer. The reflecting elements and light-emitting elements are disposed in stack arrangement in the direction perpendicular to the substrate surface, respectively. The encapsulation layer disposed between the reflecting elements and light-emitting elements includes multiple first grooves and main portions. The first grooves located between the light-emitting elements are connected to each other. The main portions cover the light-emitting elements, and the reflecting elements and the light-emitting elements are disposed in the central position of the main portions having multiple first inclined ridges disposed around the central position to define the first grooves in the first direction parallel to the extending direction of the substrate surface. The first angle included between the first inclined ridge and the surface of the substrate is less than 90 degrees.

The wavelength conversion structure is disposed on a transmission path of an illumination light beam emitted by a light source of the projection device, and includes a rotary disc, a wavelength conversion material, and a scattering-reflective material. The rotary disc has a light-conversion region and a non-light-conversion region. The light-conversion region surrounds the non-light-conversion region. The wavelength conversion material is disposed on the rotary disc, and is aligned to the light-conversion region. An energy gap of the wavelength conversion material is smaller than photon energy of the illumination light beam. The scattering-reflective material is disposed on the rotary disc, and is aligned to the light-conversion region and not aligned to the non-light-conversion region.
