    摘要: A pot-shaped composite brake rotor for motor vehicles, which combines at least one securing component as a hub interface with at least one friction ring component (as a friction partner for at least one friction lining. Distinction is made between a torque transmission function a fixing function between the paired components by the provision of a heat-conductive joint interface between the components on one side. The components are assembled coaxially with one another and joined rotationally fixedly in the axial direction so that the securing component serves as a heat sink for the friction ring component. At least one fixing element between the components is provided separately, and this fixing element substantially exclusively (nominal load) performs a fixing function by mutual form fit by a radially directed engagement behind at least one undercut. A press-fit connection s present for torque transmission between the securing component and the friction ring component.

The abutment is therefore formed from a massive material which deforms under load, wherein measurement devices are provided which detect this deformation. The shape of the abutment is selected in such a way that the abutment has measurement gaps, the size of which changes when the abutment is loaded. The size of the measurement gaps can be sensed by means of Hall sensors or AMR sensors, for example.

    摘要: Differentials having plate packs for exerting a braking torque onto the output shafts of the gear unit are known. The brake device is intended to be designed such that effective braking can be achieved using it and that it is easy to service. To this end, the invention makes provision for the brake device to be a drum brake having a passive element, exhibiting a cylindrical frictional surface, and brake shoes, the frictional surfaces of which brake shoes can be placed against the cylindrical frictional surface of the passive element. The passive element can be a brake drum or a radial brake disk, the cylindrical edge of which serves as a frictional surface. The passive element is fastened to the differential cage and/or one of the shafts. The brake shoes are held in a pivotable manner on a carrier plate fastened to the outside of the differential housing.

The object is achieved firstly in principle on the basis of a cup-shapedly worked brake piston blank 19, in that at least one locally defined, i.e. partially cold-upset or partially ironed, cylindrical piston wall portion is present with a partially deformed piston wall 2 which is configured in adaptively modified manner by plastic material deformation by means of material redistribution (flow) including strain-hardening of its piston wall thickness of sl−x.
