The conductive structure coil is adapted to provide a conductive structure to the at least one groove of the molding belt. The adhesive material supply unit is adapted to provide an adhesive material to a surface of the molding belt. The curing unit is adapted to cure the adhesive material provided on the surface of the molding belt into a film.
Abstract:
A CNC tungsten steel cutting machine suitably used to cut a metal material, such as tungsten carbide steel, includes an operational platform, a cutting mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a delivering mechanism, and a control panel. When a metal material to be cut is received in a feeding tray of the feeding mechanism, lifting control rods of the feeding mechanism lift the metal material until the metal material is temporarily positioned. Once the latest metal material is completely cut, the lifting control rods push the next metal material, so that the next metal material moves into the V-shaped guiding groove. Then, the delivering mechanism delivers the metal material forward until the metal material is located at a press location of the V-shaped guiding groove. After this, the metal material is cut by a grinding wheel of the cutting mechanism, and then dropped into a collection device adjacent to the operational platform.
Abstract:
A prism sheet (10) includes a substrate (12) and a plurality of prism structures (14). The substrate includes a plurality of diffusing particles (122) dispersed therein. The prism structures are at a light output side of the substrate. The diffusing particles can diffuse light beams traveling through the substrate. This configuration performs the same function as that of a diffusing sheet of a conventional backlight module. The prism structures can gather light beams to improve a brightness of a backlight module (6) incorporating the prism sheet. Thus, the backlight module can provide bright and uniform light at a low cost and while having a reduced thickness.
Abstract:
An exemplary backlight module (1) includes a light guide plate (10) and at least one point illuminator (12). The light guide plate includes a first side surface (102), and a protrusion (14) outwardly extending from the first side surface. The protrusion includes at least one second side surface (144) oblique to the first side surface. The at least one point illuminator is adjacent to the least one second side surface.

An electrode tape, a solar module and methods for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The electrode tape includes an adhesive film and a conductive structure. The adhesive film includes a first adhesive surface and a second adhesive surface which faces an opposite direction to the first adhesive surface. The conductive structure is embedded in the adhesive film with a first contact point exposed on the first adhesive surface and a second contact point exposed on the second adhesive surface. The solar module includes a first solar cell and a second solar cell which are electrically connected with each other through the electrode tape.
Abstract:
An exemplary double-sided liquid crystal display (LCD) (200) includes a first liquid crystal panel (212), a first optical film assembly (211), a light guide plate (230), a second optical film assembly (211), and a second liquid crystal panel (222) arranged in that order from bottom to top. An area of the second liquid crystal panel is less than an area of the first liquid crystal panel, and an area of the second optical film assembly is less than an area of the first optical film assembly. The second optical film assembly of the double-sided LCD has a size no larger than that needed to perform its function in respect of light beams propagating therethrough from the light guide plate to the second liquid crystal panel. Therefore, the double-sided LCD is cost-efficient.
Abstract:
An exemplary backlight module (20) includes a light guide plate (21) having an incident surface (211) and a side surface (714) between an emission surface (212) and a bottom surface (213), the bottom surface being opposite to the emission surface, the side surface being substantially perpendicular to the incident surface; a light source (22) opposite to the incident surface; and a light source cover (23) for reflecting light beams from the light source into the light guide plate. The light source cover is engaged with the light guide plate through a fastening mechanism. The light source cover surrounds one end of the light guide plate at the incident surface, thereby forming a space in cooperation with the end of the light guide plate, and the light source is received in the space.
Abstract:
A transflective LCD panel has a transmissive region and a reflective region and includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a reflective plate formed on the second substrate and located within the reflective region, and a first liquid crystal layer and a second liquid crystal layer that are filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first and second liquid crystal layers correspond to the transmissive and reflective regions, respectively. The second liquid crystal layer is doped with a chiral material. When a voltage is applied, liquid crystal molecules in a middle section of the first liquid crystal layer are substantially arranged in a tilt angle θ, and the liquid crystal molecules of the second liquid crystal layer are tilted by the tilt angle and further twisted.
