Abstract:
A signal generating apparatus, for generating a power-on-reset signal, including a bias circuit and a power-on-reset signal generating circuit is disclosed. The bias circuit is for generating an output bias voltage, and includes at least one bipolar junction transistor (BJT), wherein a base terminal of the BJT is coupled to a collector terminal of the BJT, and the output bias voltage is related to an emitter-to-base voltage of the BJT. The power-on-reset signal generating circuit is coupled to the bias circuit, and is for generating a duplicated voltage by duplicating the output bias voltage, wherein the power-on-reset signal is generated according to the duplicated voltage.
Abstract:
A switch circuit comprising: a plurality of switches; a switching module; and a capacitor, having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is coupled to a predetermined voltage, and the second terminal is coupled to a control terminal of at least the switch in a conductive mode via the switching module, to thereby control a conductive state for the at least one switch.
Abstract:
The disclosure is a device of inductance detection, which includes: a controller, a current pulse generator, and a detector. The controller generates a control signal and an enable signal to the switching regulator according to a judge signal. The switching regulator then generates an output voltage. The current pulse generator is coupled to the controller and generates a current pulse signal to the object according to the control signal. The detector is coupled to the object and the current pulse generator, and is used to detect a reflective signal responded by the object after the object receives the current pulse signal. The detector then generates a judge signal according to the reflective signal.

Abstract:
A reference voltage stabilization apparatus is disclosed, having an input node for receiving a reference voltage, an output node for coupling with a load, a voltage buffer coupled between the input node and the output node, a charge storage device coupled with the output node, and a charging/discharging circuit coupled with the charge storage device for charging or discharging the charge storage device. The voltage buffer and the charged/discharged charge storage device are coupled with the load so that the voltage at the load equals the reference voltage after a period of time.
