Abstract:
A reference voltage stabilization apparatus is disclosed, having an input node for receiving a reference voltage, an output node for coupling with a load, a voltage buffer coupled between the input node and the output node, a charge storage device coupled with the output node, and a charging/discharging circuit coupled with the charge storage device for charging or discharging the charge storage device. The voltage buffer and the charged/discharged charge storage device are coupled with the load so that the voltage at the load equals the reference voltage after a period of time.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a transceiver with power-saving function and the method thereof, in which when the network is on link-down status, the transmitter will enter the power-saving mode, and with an auxiliary circuit to provide a comfortable common-mode voltage and to present comfortable impedance matching to save the power consumption.
Abstract:
A switch circuit comprising: a plurality of switches; a switching module; and a capacitor, having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is coupled to a predetermined voltage, and the second terminal is coupled to a control terminal of at least the switch in a conductive mode via the switching module, to thereby control a conductive state for the at least one switch.
Abstract:
A device of inductance detection, which includes: a controller, a current pulse generator, and a detector. The controller generates a control signal and an enable signal to the switching regulator according to a judge signal. The switching regulator then generates an output voltage. The current pulse generator is coupled to the controller and generates a current pulse signal to the object according to the control signal. The detector is coupled to the object and the current pulse generator, and is used to detect a reflective signal responded by the object after the object receives the current pulse signal. The detector then generates a judge signal according to the reflective signal.
Abstract:
A signal generating apparatus, for generating a power-on-reset signal, including a bias circuit and a power-on-reset signal generating circuit is disclosed. The bias circuit is for generating an output bias voltage, and includes at least one bipolar junction transistor (BJT), wherein a base terminal of the BJT is coupled to a collector terminal of the BJT, and the output bias voltage is related to an emitter-to-base voltage of the BJT. The power-on-reset signal generating circuit is coupled to the bias circuit, and is for generating a duplicated voltage by duplicating the output bias voltage, wherein the power-on-reset signal is generated according to the duplicated voltage.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a dynamic voltage generation device and the usage method thereof, which is used to output the dynamic voltage and adjust the sampling resistance of the sampling switch. The device comprises a reference switch, ensuring that if the reference switch is matched with the sampling switch, the reference resistance of the reference switch is equal to the sampling resistance. The reference switch obtains the reference resistance based on a fixed voltage and a reference current, wherein the ratio of fixed voltage to reference current is the target resistance. The feedback circuit is coupled with the reference switch to output the dynamic voltage to the reference switch and the sampling switch, and adjusting the dynamic voltage based on the fixed voltage and the reference current, so that the reference resistance is equal to the target resistance.
