Abstract:
Universal refloating and launching system and method comprising one or several platforms on which the load desired to be immersed or extracted from the sea will be placed. For introducing a load in water, the platform has to be fixed to the dock, through a system that allows it to move up and down in height, then fixing it to the bottom, through pillars and piles, and finally placing the load thereon. With the load placed, the platform is lowered so that the load is slightly immersed and may float. If the aim is to extract a load from the water, the operations will be reversed: starting with the immersed platform, the load is placed above and then the platform is lifted, so that the load can be moved to the dock.
Abstract:
Superfluous sealing, buoyancy and immersion controlling system for floating appliances having a primary, secondary and tertiary buoyancy systems, a buoyancy system of devices and operation and maintenance plants, a set of submersible pumps, a console for controlling and automating the immersion operations and a set of programmable valves. This superfluous system allows any appliance or platform to be able of easily being towed to its final location at sea, ocean, lake . . . regardless of the size, shape or weight thereof, and weather conditions. Similarly, this system enables the immersion at a controlled rate once the platform is in its final location.
Abstract:
New design of vessel with submersible hulls which can transport large cargos at high speed sailing above the waves and which is made up of two parallel submerged bodies (4), clearly cylindrical in cross-section or as hydrodynamic as possible, joined by hydrodynamic profiles (5).Four hydrodynamic legs (3) are located in the confluence between the cylinders (4) and the profiles (5) capable of supporting a platform or loading zone (2) which can move (up or down) on the legs (3) which have a system of vertical displacement so as to raise itself above the level of the waves. The parallel bodies of submerged displacement (4) joined to the hydro-dynamic profiles (5) can be completely covered with a textile of permeable sheets of porosity less than the size of a molecule of water and greater than that of a molecule of air and air can be pumped into the interior. The air molecules escape via the pores breaking the outer layer and separating the water molecules from the submerged area so as to reduce viscous friction to a significant degree. The lower works can be raised to the level of the sea to load and material in their interior or to enter shallow water ports.
Abstract:
A new system of hydraulic and piston cylinders for the lifting of large loads manufactured based on commercial tubes, in which the cylinder tube (1), closed on its lower part possesses a welded and rigid washer (2) on its lower part and inside the aforementioned cylinder. The piston has another rigid washer welded to it (4) at a certain distance from the lower end and on its outer surface. Between the two there is an O-Ring seal (6) of variable geometry that is constructed with an elastomeric, compressable and deformable material of low friction and high elasticity and a free washer. The compression of the O-Ring seal makes up a system that closes, guaranteeing its watertightness.
Abstract:
A telescopic structure formed by various bodies that are raised by a raising system which comprises a multitude of base pieces (3) which are joined to the outermost body (2) of the telescopic structure (1) to which some hydraulic telescopic and vertical cylinders are bolted (4) supported by the base pieces (3), with a cylinder being situated (4) on top of each base piece (3) and said cylinders being able to close in and move away from the structure (1) through some channels and some pieces (5) joined to some supporting elements (6) perpendicular to the wall of the structure, with said pieces being situated over the cylinders (4), in a way that on closing in on the cylinders of the structure, the supporting elements are introduced into the drills (7) corresponding to the body that is going to raise up and when the cylinder rises up, the corresponding body rises up.
Abstract:
Plant for the automated manufacture of truss structures and the process, which includes a zone for positioning the tubes (A) according to the required geometry, a manufacturing zone made up of a zone for joining the heads of the tubes (8) and a zone for shaping and welding the transverse tubes (9), a collection station for the structures (10), a zone for the inspection and painting of the structures (12), a loading and shipping zone and an assembly zone, these latter two are situated in the exterior of the manufacturing plant. This plant enables the manufacture of truss structures of any required size and geometry, avoiding all manual manipulations, increasing quality and reducing costs.
Abstract:
Measurement platform for installing in water, very light and easy to transport, which comprises a foundation of improved suction anchor type constituting the platform base. It is driven into the seabed by the pressure difference between outside and inside, and by reversing the pressure gradient it can be extracted for reutilization. The measurement platform also has a series of telescopically connected tubes, a house located on these tubes containing the devices, a vertical shaft wind turbine for powering the assembly, a device for transmitting data (wi-max or equivalent) to the on-land station, a Doppler laser anemometer, security cameras and the terminal of a Doppler current meter. All data recorded by the devices as well as pictures from security cameras will be continuously sent to the on-land station. Thus the security of the facility is increased, and possible sabotages are forecasted.
Abstract:
Device and method for installing the third blade (2) of a wind turbine (5), said wind turbine being placed on a platform (4) located on a water surface, so that the device is moved on the platform and along with it towards the final location. The device is moved, through tracks (3), on the platform surface until facing the third blade (2) with its corresponding hole of wind turbine. The blade, vertically held by jaws and legs (1), is lifted, fitted and screwed.
