The tubular member may further include an end portion at least partially defining an inlet port configured to provide flow communication into the first chamber, and at least partially defining an outlet port configured to provide flow communication from the second chamber. The tubular member may further include a cover portion at the end portion of the tubular member, with the cover portion extending from the partition. The cover portion may be configured to at least partially cover a longitudinal end of the second chamber. The filter element may further include a filter medium associated with at least one outlet aperture and the at least one inlet aperture of the tubular member.

The filter assembly coupler may also include a receiver including a receiver passage extending transverse to longitudinal axes of the inlet and outlet passages. The filter assembly coupler may further include a base plug including a base plug body including a plug surface configured to cooperate with the filter element, such that orientation of the filter element with respect to the filter assembly coupler depends on orientation of the base plug in the receiver.

The flow cap may include an inlet portion configured to provide flow communication between an inlet port of a filter base and the tubular member of the filter element, and an outlet portion configured to provide flow communication between an outlet port of the filter base and an exterior portion of the filter element.

    摘要： A fluid filter system is provided having a canister, a bowl, and a filter positioned inside the canister. The filter includes a sleeve defining a reservoir with filter media surrounding the reservoir. A cover is disposed on a first end of the sleeve and an end cap is disposed on a second end of the sleeve, the end cap having a lid extending across the filter media and sleeve. The bowl includes a sidewall, a floor, and an upper edge. The bowl further includes an upstanding post extending from a floor and the lid further includes a pocket formed along the lid. The pocket defines a cavity disposed outside of the reservoir and includes a threaded portion configured to threadably receive the upstanding post of the bowl. An O-ring seal provides a seal between the bowl and the canister when the upstanding post is threaded to the pocket.

    摘要： A filter includes housing and a filter device disposed within the housing to define a circumferential cavity therebetween. The filter further includes a cap coupled to an inlet port and the cap includes a first thread portion. The filter further includes a first seal member attached to a first end of the filter device to restrict entry of fluid from the circumferential cavity into a hollow center tube disposed within the filter device. The filter further includes an engagement member provided on the first seal member and the engagement portion includes a second thread portion. The first thread portion of cap is adapted to engage with the second thread portion of the engagement member for removing filter device from the housing. Further, a second seal member is attached to a second end of the filter device to restrict flow of the fluid from the circumferential cavity into a drain port.
