Abstract:
Methods of using azide-modified biomolecules, such as fatty acids, carbohydrates and lipids, to treat a plant, an insect or an animal infected with a virus or to inhibit infectivity of a virus, such as the human immunodeficiency virus, are provided. Also provided are methods of labeling a virus, such as human immunodeficiency virus, with an azide-modified biomolecule, such as a fatty acid, a carbohydrate, or an isoprenoid lipid. Also, provided are methods of tracking a virus in vivo, with an azide-modified biomolecule, such as a fatty acid, a carbohydrate, or an isoprenoid lipid. The azide-modified biomolecules may be combined with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient to produce a pharmaceutical composition, optionally containing another anti-viral agent and/or a delivery agent, such as a liposome.

Abstract:
Environmentally friendly thick film layers for a micro-fluid ejection head and micro-fluid ejection heads are disclosed. The environmentally friendly thick film layer includes a negative photoresist layer derived from a composition comprising a multi-functional epoxy compound, a low molecular weight polymeric difunctional epoxy compound, a monomeric difunctional epoxy compound, a methide-based photoacid generator that does not contain antimony, a chromophore and an aryl ketone solvent. Optionally the photoresist layer contains an adhesion enhancer. The negative photoresist layer is environmentally friendly and provides good resolution, well defined critical dimensions, straight side walls, and a large processing window.
Abstract:
Controlling the formation of crystalline hydrates in various fluid systems, most notably, gas and oil transmission pipeline systems by contacting the systems with certain polymers or polymers associated with solid particles. The polymers useful are chelating polymers capable of interacting with charged gaseous molecules such as carbon dioxide, by removing the carbon dioxide, or more practically by scavenging for the carbon dioxide, to prevent the methane or ethane hydrate structures from forming since they require carbon dioxide to stabilize their structures.
Abstract:
Titled “Graham Power, A New Method of Generating Power” inventor David Graham. Graham power is a power plant. In its simplest form, it is an air conditioning/refrigerant system which also produces power. This is accomplished by adding a turbine to an air-conditioning system. The evaporation process extract heat from the air and the turbine converts that heat into power. In fact it is a power generating system. Graham Power recycles the very fuel that it uses. Graham Power does not consume fuel nor does it release CO2 gas to the environment. It simply draws heat from the surrounding air and transforms it into useful power. In the process of extracting heat from the environment it cools the air. This cooling effect is beneficial to the atmosphere which is currently overheating.
Abstract:
Herein is disclosed a floor grinder. The apparatus includes a self propelled vehicle having a driver seat mounted on a top portion and facing a front end of the vehicle and a steering mechanism mounted adjacent the driver seat. Three separate grinders are releasably attached to the vehicle by three elongated mounting arms which position the three grinders adjacent each other in front of the vehicle. One of the grinders is positioned directly in front of the vehicle slightly forward of the remaining grinders. The remaining grinders are position to the left and right of the forward grinder by their mounting arms which mount to a left and right side of the vehicle, respectively. Each of the mounting arms are pivotally coupled to the vehicle to permit the mounting arms to pivot up and down relative to the vehicle.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an ejection device for an inkjet printer that includes an ejection chip having a substrate and at least one fluid ejecting element. The ejection device further includes a fluidic structure configured over the ejection chip. The fluidic structure includes a nozzle plate composed of an organic material and includes a plurality of nozzles. The fluidic structure further includes a flow feature layer configured in between the ejection chip and the nozzle plate. The flow feature layer is composed of an organic material and includes a plurality of flow features. Furthermore, the fluidic structure includes a liner layer encapsulating the nozzle plate. The liner layer further at least partially encapsulates each flow feature of the plurality of flow features. The liner layer is composed of an inorganic material. Further disclosed is a method for fabricating the ejection device.
Abstract:
Embodiments relate to methods and systems for building representations of related subjects. The representations may include a plurality of nodes, each being associated with a subject. Users may be able to access records and/or source documents related to a plurality of subjects and add or modify node characteristics based thereon. Users may be able to perform an interaction and/or modification related to a record page. Other users (e.g., users connected to the record page) may be notified of such interaction and/or modification.

Abstract:
Embodiments relate to methods and systems for building representations of related subjects. User instructions may be received via a computer system that relate identifying information relating to a subject (e.g., an individual, group and/or event) to a node being associated therewith. Nodes in different accounts may be compared and matched based on identifying information associated with the nodes. Characteristics of one of the matched nodes may be added or modified based on characteristics of another of the matched nodes. A user may be notified of a potential match, a match, and/or node characteristics additions and/or modifications.
