摘要: A salient pole rotor includes a rotor core which has a rotor yoke and salient poles arranged distributed over the rotor yoke in the circumferential direction, magnetic field-generating windings which are wound around rotor teeth of the salient poles and form end windings at opposite end sides of the rotor core, and a support device for supporting the end windings. The support device has a clamping and deflecting device and a roving winding with a roving by way of which a plurality of turns offset in the circumferential direction and encompassing the windings of a respective salient pole pair are formed and which for this purpose has axial first roving portions and end-side second roving portions. The second roving portions are guided over the end windings for forming a turn between radially opposite salient poles and are deflected along the circumferential direction for forming an interturn transition between two turns.

摘要: A sliding cover for a salient-pole rotor of an electric machine is configured to close a slot formed between two rotor poles of the salient-pole rotor which are adjacent in the peripheral direction and two supporting rings of the salient-pole rotor which are mutually axially opposite. The sliding cover is of a multi-part design and includes a slot wedge, which can be mechanically connected to the two adjacent rotor poles; a support, which is linearly guided in the slot wedge and includes a sealing surface of the sliding cover for pressing against at least one of the supporting rings and can be slid axially along the slot wedge in order to change the axial position of the sealing surface.

摘要: A rotor, a corresponding electric machine, a manufacturing method and a corresponding motor vehicle are disclosed. The rotor has a cavity structure in a first winding head supporting structure and a cut-out in a second winding head supporting structure which are connected by way of feed and return lines for a coolant. Here, the cavity structure has an inflow region, into which a coolant guide of a rotor shaft opens, and a return region which is separate from the inflow region. In this way, the rotor is configured for liquid cooling of the winding head supporting structure.

The winding heads are embedded in a thermally conductive encapsulation material, wherein the encapsulation material is in thermal contact with the housing along the outer circumference of the winding head. A segmented cooling plate is arranged on the inner circumference of the encapsulation winding head.
