Abstract:
Systems and methods for using proximity positioning systems to determine multiple locations a user, identify the user and provide additional services and/or functionality based on the determined locations are presented. In some examples, a low-power radio signal emitted from a locating beacon may be detected by a personal computing device. The location of the beacon, and the device detecting the signal, may be determined. A low-power radio signal emitted from a second beacon may be detected and the location of the second beacon, and personal computing device detecting the signal, may be determined. If the signal from the first beacon was detected within a predetermined time threshold of detecting the second beacon, a flag may be triggered. Notifications may be transmitted to the user and/or the entity associated with the locating beacons to indicate the user may be in need of assistance and/or to reduce the risk of unauthorized activity.
Abstract:
A computing platform may receive a plurality of messages comprising data indicating physical presence of customers at a physical location from an indoor positioning system located at the physical location. The computing platform may determine that one or more customers of the customers at the physical location have left the physical location based on at least a portion of the data indicating the physical presence of the customers at the physical location. Responsive to determining that the one or more customers of the customers at the physical location have left the physical location, the computing platform may generate one or more messages soliciting feedback from the one or more customers regarding their experience at the physical location.
Abstract:
Methods and systems for providing targeted advertising using local positioning technology are presented. In some embodiments, a customer assistance computing platform may receive one or more attributes associated with a beacon signal received by a customer computing device and an identifier associated with the customer computing device. Subsequently, the computing platform may determine an identity of a customer using the customer computing device. The computing platform then may determine a location of the customer using the customer computing device based on the one or more attributes associated with the beacon signal. Thereafter, the computing platform may select, based on the identity of the customer and the location of the customer, advertising content to be presented to the customer using the customer computing device. Then, the computing platform may send the selected advertising content to one or more recipient computing devices.
Abstract:
Aspects of the disclosure relate to controlling device data collectors using omni-collection techniques. A computing platform may receive configuration settings associated with a first collector and a second collector. Subsequently, the computing platform may generate one or more configuration commands for a native collector based on the configuration settings. The computing platform may send, to a client interface computing platform associated with the native collector, the one or more configuration commands generated for the native collector. Thereafter, the computing platform may receive state information collected by the native collector based on the one or more configuration commands generated for the native collector. Then, the computing platform may send the state information to an authentication hub computing platform, and sending the state information may cause the authentication hub computing platform to share at least a portion of the state information with one or more collector support servers for processing.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media configured to determine a location of a user, identify the user and provide additional services based on the determined location and/or identity are provided. In some examples, associate users may be identified and a location of each associate user may be tracked to identify a location of an associate user, confirm the location of the associate user is an expected location, and/or provide location information to a customer of the associate user.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for using proximity positioning systems to determine an identity and location of a user, and process a pre-staged transaction based on the determined information are provided. In some examples, a transaction may be initiated by a user. A financial institution may pre-process the transaction and, upon establishing a physical presence of the user at a banking center, may further process and/or complete the transaction. The physical presence of the user may be established based on a signal from a location beacon at the banking center being detected by a personal computing device of the user. Because the personal computing device is within a predefined proximity of the location beacon in order to detect the signal, the location of the location beacon, and, thus the personal computing device may be determined, and an identity of the user may be determined.

Methods and systems for managing customer queues using local positioning technology are presented. Thereafter, the computing platform may select at least one queue from one or more maintained queues based on the location of the customer. Then, the computing platform may update the at least one selected queue based on the identity of the customer to add the customer using the customer computing device to the at least one selected queue.
