Abstract: The present application provides a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material and a preparation method therefor, and a lithium ion battery. The silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material has a core-shell structure, the core comprises nano-silicon and a silicon oxide SiOx, and the shell comprises Li2SiO3. The preparation method comprises: mixing a silicon source and a lithium source, and performing heat treatment in a non-oxygen atmosphere to obtain a composite material containing Li2SiO3; and immersing the composite material containing Li2SiO3 in an acid solution to obtain the silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material. The nano-silicon in the negative electrode material provided by the present application is wrapped by SiOx, and the surface of SiOx is further wrapped with the Li2SiO3 having a stable structure, making it difficult for the nano-silicon to come into physical contact with substances other than the SiOx and impossible to come into direct contact with water, thereby effectively inhibiting gas production of a battery.

Abstract: The present application provides a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material and method for preparation thereof and lithium-ion battery. The silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprises a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprising SiOx, non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound, and Li2Si2O5; said Li2Si2O5 is coated on the surface of the non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound; 0≤x≤1.2. The preparation method comprises: mixing a first silicon source with a reducing lithium source and roasting, to obtain a composite material containing a non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound; the composite material containing the non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound is fused with a second silicon source and then subjected to heat treatment to obtain a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material. The silicon-oxygen composite anode material provided by the present application is coated with Li2Si2O5, solving the problem in the prior art of a negative electrode material producing strong alkaline or easily soluble by-products in water after pre-lithiation and affecting subsequent processing.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application is a compound, comprising nano silicon, a lithium-containing compound and a carbon coating, or comprising nano silicon, silicon oxide, a lithium-containing compound, and a carbon coating. The method comprises: (1) solid-phase mixing of carbon coated silicon oxide with a lithium source; and (2) preforming heat-treatment of the pre-lithium precursor obtained in step (1) in a vacuum or non-oxidising atmosphere to obtain a compound. The method is simple, and has low equipment requirements and low costs; the obtained compound has a stable structure and the structure and properties do not deteriorate during long-term storage, a battery made of cathode material containing said compound exhibits high delithiation capacity, high initial coulombic efficiency, and good recycling properties, the charging capacity is over 1920 mAh/g, the discharging capacity is over 1768 mAh/g, and the initial capacity is over 90.2%.
