    Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a micro power generation device including a plurality of generators stacked one above the other. Each of the plurality of generators includes: an upper electrode and a lower electrode spaced up and down; a spacer provided between peripheral edges of the upper electrode and the lower electrode; an upper friction material layer provided on a side of the upper electrode facing the lower electrode; and a lower friction material layer provided on a side of the lower electrode facing the upper electrode. The upper friction material layer, the lower friction material layer and the spacer together form a cavity. An intermediate spacer is provided between each adjacent two generators, each adjacent two generators and the intermediate spacer together form an intermediate cavity, and the intermediate cavity is filled with gas. A cavity of an upper one of any two adjacent generators communicates with the intermediate cavity between the two adjacent generators.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a power generating device. The semiconductor device includes a substrate and a thin film battery on the substrate. The thin film battery includes at least one anode structure and at least one cathode structure on the substrate, and a solid electrolyte layer spacing the at least one anode structure apart from the at least one cathode structure. Each anode structure includes an anode current collector on a surface of the substrate and an anode layer on the surface of the substrate and connected to a side surface of the anode current collector. Each cathode structure includes a cathode current collector on the surface of the substrate and a cathode layer on the surface of the substrate and connected to a side surface of the cathode current collector.

    Abstract: A touch control substrate, a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device are provided. The touch control substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of touch electrode blocks, disposed on the base substrate and arranged in an array; a resistance detection module, used for inputting a driving signal to the touch electrode blocks; a first control module, used for determining which touch electrode block is touched according to a time at which the touch electrode blocks in each row output the driving signal; a capacitance detection module, used for inputting a capacitance detection signal to sub-electrodes in each of two sub-rows of a row where the touched touch electrode block is located; and a second control module, used for determining a position of a touch point according to a capacitance feedback signal output by two sub-electrodes corresponding to the touched touch electrode block.

    Abstract: A pixel structure, a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided. The accommodation chamber of the pixel structure includes: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, an accommodation space being formed therebetween; a light absorption layer in the accommodation space, including a flowable insulating liquid layer; a transparent thin film in the accommodation space, located between the insulating liquid layer and the second substrate, a refractive index of the transparent thin film being less than or equal to that of the insulating liquid layer. The accommodation chamber is in one of the at least two following states: in a first state, the insulating liquid layer is separated from the transparent thin film such that light rays from the second substrate are totally reflected; and in a second state, the insulating liquid layer and the transparent thin film at least are partially in direct contact.

    Abstract: A display assembly includes a convex lens, a light-absorbing layer, and a refractive index-adjustable layer disposed therebetween. The refractive index-adjustable layer has a refractive index adjustable between less than, and no less than, a critical value, configured such that a light incident into the convex lens has a total reflection if the refractive index of the refractive index-adjustable layer is less than the critical value, and transmits through the refractive index-adjustable layer and reaches the light-absorbing layer for absorption if the refractive index of the refractive index-adjustable layer is no less than the critical value. The critical value can be a refractive index of the convex lens if it is in direct contact with the refractive index-adjustable layer, or can be a refractive index of a transparent film layer disposed between the convex lens and the refractive index-adjustable layer and in direct contact with the refractive index-adjustable layer.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display panel are provided. The array substrate comprises: a substrate; a bare chip fixed on the substrate, the bare chip comprising pins; a buffer layer and a first metallic layer disposed sequentially on the bare chip, the first metallic layer comprising outer leads in one-to-one correspondence with the pins of the bare chip, the outer leads being connected electrically to the pins corresponding thereto of the bare chip, and the outer leads being electrically insulated from each other; a thin film transistor; and a first signal wire and a first connecting wire disposed in a same layer as a gate electrode of the thin film transistor, and a second signal wire and a second connecting wire disposed in a same layer as a source electrode and a drain electrode of the thin film transistor.
