The power signal line includes a first power signal line that is in a same direction as a data signal line, and the data signal line is arranged at a position of the first power signal line away from a gate electrode of the driving transistor.

A pixel circuit, a driving method thereof and related device are disclosed. The pixel circuit comprises a drive transistor, a reset module, a compensation module, a data write module, a light emitting control module and a light emitting device. The reset module is configured to provide a reference signal to a gate electrode of the drive transistor. The compensation module is configured to store a threshold voltage of the drive transistor. The data write module is configured to write a data signal onto the gate electrode of the drive transistor. The light emitting control module is configured to control the drive transistor to drive the light emitting device to emit light. With the pixel circuit above, a drive current for the light emitting device to emit light is only relevant to a voltage of the data signal and a voltage of the reference signal, and irrelevant to the threshold voltage of the drive transistor and a voltage of a first power supply, so that the threshold voltage of the drive transistor and IR drop of the first power supply will not affect the current flowing through the light emitting device, and thus image brightness uniformity of a display area of a display device can be improved.

A flexible display panel, a method for fabricating the same and a flexible display device are disclosed. The flexible display panel comprises at least two functional layers which are stacked one another and an adhesive layer which is arranged between the functional layers. The flexible display panel has a bending axis parallel with a surface of the flexible display panel. The adhesive layer comprises a first adhesive part at a side of the bending axis and a second adhesive part at the other side. The first and second adhesive parts have a cross-sectional shape in a plane perpendicular with the bending axis, and the cross-sectional shape is oriented with respect to a vertical cross section of the flexible display panel running through the bending axis to reduce the bending stress in the flexible display panel during bending in the bending axis.

The present invention provides a flexible substrate, a flexible display panel and a flexible display device. The flexible substrate includes an on-off element and an insulating layer, wherein a part of the insulating layer serves as a part of the on-off element, and the part of the insulating layer serving as a part of the on-off element is separated from rest part of the insulating layer. In the flexible substrate, the part of the insulating layer serving as a part of the on-off element is separated from the rest part of the insulating layer, such that cracks generated in the reset part of the insulating layer are unlikely to extend to the region where the on-off element is located, thus the poor contact or abnormal on-off phenomenon of the on-off element can be avoided.

The pixel circuit includes driving transistor, light-emitting device, storage capacitor, gating module, compensating module and switching module. First end of storage capacitor is connected to gate electrode of driving transistor, and second end thereof is connected to first electrode of driving transistor. Compensating module includes reset sub-module having output terminal connected to second electrode of driving transistor and configured to charge first electrode of driving transistor in reset stage to store threshold voltage of driving transistor in storage capacitor, and voltage dividing sub-module having first terminal connected to first electrode of driving transistor and second terminal connected to high-level input terminal such that voltage dividing sub-module is connected in series with storage capacitor. According to the invention, the effect of threshold voltage and IR drop on uniformity of display can be reduced, which improves display effect.

The present invention provides a display substrate and a fabricating method thereof, a display panel, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, gate lines and data lines formed on the base substrate, and at least one pixel unit defined by the gate lines and the date lines, wherein, each pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode, and in each pixel unit, a drain electrode of the thin film transistor is electrically connected with the pixel electrode by at least part of an edge region of at least one side of the drain electrode. The technical solution of the present invention can increase the number of contact points and/or contact area for connecting the pixel electrode and the drain electrode, and thus display quality is improved.
