Abstract: Provided is a balun structure, including: a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, a ground electrode, an unbalance electrode, and a balance electrode. The first dielectric layer, the ground electrode, the second dielectric layer are successively stacked, and the ground electrode has a coupling hole therein. The coupling hole extends from a surface facing the first dielectric layer to a surface facing the second dielectric layer. The unbalance electrode is disposed on a first side of the first dielectric layer, wherein the first side of the first dielectric layer is a side, distal from the ground electrode, of the first dielectric layer. Abstract: Provided is a blood parameter monitoring device, including: a skin patch wearable on skin; a blood parameter sensor arranged at the skin patch and configured to detect a blood parameter; a processor configured to send an abnormality indication signal when determining that the blood parameter is not within a predetermined range, and send a normality indication signal when determining that the blood parameter is within the predetermined range; a timer configured to start a timing process upon receiving the abnormality indication signal, stop the timing process upon receiving the normality indication signal, and send an alarm signal if a duration of the timing process is longer than or equal to a predetermined duration; and an alarm connected to the timer and configured to give an alarm and/or trigger a predetermined mobile communication terminal to send a warning signal to a preset phone number, after receiving the alarm signal.

Abstract: A phase shifter includes a signal line and a reference electrode respectively disposed on sides of different ones or both disposed on a same side of a same one of a first base plate and a second base plate proximal to a dielectric layer, and includes a straight unit and a bent unit along an extending direction of the signal line. The signal line includes a first signal sub-line corresponding to the straight unit and a second signal sub-line corresponding to the bent unit, and the reference electrode includes a first reference sub-electrode corresponding to the straight unit and a second reference sub-electrode corresponding to the bent unit. The second signal sub-line and the second reference sub-electrode which correspond to the bent unit are configured to make an impedance of the bent unit match to an impedance of the straight unit and/or an impedance of another adjacent bent unit.

Abstract: A waveguide conversion device and an electronic apparatus are provided.
