    Abstract: An eye movement tracking device includes: a light source located at the light-emitting side of the display module and configured for providing a first light ray for irradiating an eye; a plurality of photoelectric sensing elements arranged in a non-display region of the display module and configured for receiving a second light ray to determine a position of a pupil of the eye; an optical structure located between the optical lens and the display module, including a plurality of optical transparent areas in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of photoelectric sensing elements, each of the optical transparent areas being configured for transmitting the second light ray to a corresponding photoelectric sensing element; the second light ray being a light ray which passes through a center point of the optical lens after the first light ray is reflected back by the eye. An eye movement tracking method is also disclosed.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides an array substrate, including: a display region and a peripheral region. The peripheral region includes at least one first sensor. The first sensor includes a photodiode and a driving circuit which are electrically connected to each other. The photodiode includes: an anode, a cathode and a photosensitive material layer. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of thin film transistors, a common electrode and a pixel electrode. The common electrode is reused as an anode of the photodiode. The pixel electrode is reused as a cathode of the photodiode. One of the plurality of thin film transistors is reused as a first transistor of the driving circuit.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification module is provided. The fingerprint identification module includes: a base substrate, a first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer that are laminated sequentially. The first conductive layer includes a first signal line and a second signal line, wherein the first signal line extends along a first direction and is connected to a gate of a reset transistor in a pixel sensing circuit, and the second signal line extends along the first direction and is connected to a gate of a switch transistor in the pixel sensing circuit.
